Abstract
This paper discusses the regulatory, organizational, human resources, methodological and logistical work on the implementation of the All-Russian program "Ready for Labor and Defense". It also discusses related to the program procedures of organizing teachers’ and students’ work for training at Minin’s University center of additional education. The features of theoretical and practical lessons organizing for large groups of students, differentiated by field of education, are considered in the paper. The paper also covers various aspects of "Ready for Labor and Defense" sports referees training aiming testing requirements unification for program’s volunteers of different degrees.

Abstract
This article discusses educational event as a new format of the organization of classroom work of students in the conditions of distribution of the blended learning in university education. The authors have shown an event community as the center of an educational event which unites people through the shared interest, cohabitation of the real phenomenon. Eight steady attributive signs of an event community are systematized. Authors define essence of an educational event in the context of vocational training, education and development. In the article the main signs of an event are generalized: momentariness, dialogue, not-predefiniteness, fractality and an intentionality, - they present characteristics of educational event. Conceptual bases of the format of educational activity analyzed in this article make a basis of development of requirements and evaluation criteria of a design of an educational event, pedagogical conditions and results of its realization.

Abstract
In work research activities of students in a prism of one of topical issues of implementation of professional competences of modern FSES of HE. On the basis of their analysis conclusions were drawn that research activities of students can be an example of a basis of practical mastering of professional competences and in general is a necessary component of system of training of the highly skilled and oriented to the modern labor market specialist which shall have initiative, a capability critically to think, and also to be engaged in professional, educational and research activity. Involvement of students in research work of the ecological and biological directions of researches allows not only to get acquainted more fully with the analytical equipment, modern techniques of carrying out the analysis and hot topics, but also in general to impart skill of work in analytical laboratories of this sort. With respect there to informative activity of student's youth as a component of professional formation, can be filled with research work in the context of the specific direction of their preparation.

Abstract
The article deals with methods of research vocational training issues; The characteristics of the methods of theoretical research (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, abstraction, generalization), with the following features: systematic conceptual apparatus, the relationship of concepts and guidelines, ensuring the relationship between functional theoretical principles of vocational education pedagogy; and empirical methods (pedagogical experiment, observation, measurement), providing knowledge of educational reality. Abstract
The article proposes a new understanding of the role, value and proportion of independent work of students in a competence model of education, discusses the need of revision of approaches to understanding the tasks of independent work. In the article the authors consider the role of independent work of students in the educational process. The authors point to the importance of independent work of students in the modern higher education system. The most promising competencies in the structure of educational objectives, the authors identify three competencies that are directly related to independent work: the ability to educate themselves, the ability to work independently, ability to plan and allocate their time. The authors point out that the main purpose and the result of independent work of students is the development of intellectual and logical abilities and the ability to Express their thoughts, to make the results of educational and research work as well as encouraging active use of knowledge gained earlier when studying disciplines, develop skills of their application in the study of the conditions of tasks. Abstract
The ways of motivation to learn the information technologies of future bachelors of the direction "Information Systems and Technologies" of Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University are considered. The experience of using the educational event "Week of Russian Informatics" in the module of the universal bachelor "Information Technologies" is presented. The possibilities of organization of project activities of students using modern network technologies are demonstrated. The project activity is aimed at achieving the necessary competencies of students, their motivation for learning various information and communication technologies, and formation teamwork skills. The example of the educational project "Russian Informatics: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow" demonstrates the features of the organization of research activities of students, the implementation of cooperation and collaboration in the conditions of teamwork, the possibility of using network services. In addition to this project, the problem of motivation was solved within the framework of the student hackaton for programming, the discussion "Future of Russian Informatics" and other events.

Abstract
The purpose of the publication is to describe the complex composition of the safe educational environment of the educational organization. The methodological basis of the article is human life safety theory and humanization of education. Throughout the research scientific and theoretical concepts like "environment", "educational environment", "safe educational environment" in the system of modern professional and pedagogical knowledge were analyzed. Results. Content - analysis of author's definitions of the concepts allowed to single out some generalized ideas that characterize the educational environment as a pedagogical phenomenon. The authors have specified a safe educational environment as a set of components in the general management system of an educational organization. The component composition of the safe educational environment of the educational organization is determined. It includes: regulatory, emotionally comfortable, culturally and socially oriented, health and protective, cognitive-creative, developing, process and technological components. It is concluded that a safe educational environment, modeled as rationally, dynamically organized and protecting space of the educational organization in which the development, education and activity of subjects of education takes place, is an important condition for ensuring the safety of individuals (trainees as well as their teachers); guarantees to ensure democratic principles, human-personal relationships of participants in the educational process. The theoretical propositions presented in the work supplement the main provisions of the theory of safety of life and humanization of education, enriching the theory and methodology of continuing vocational education.

Abstract
In article the role of communicative competence of training of bachelors of education in the field of health and safety reveals, are proved an image communicatively - the competent teacher ready and capable to the diverse intersubject dialogue providing the general vision of sharpness of problems of safe activity as bases for development of uniform decisions and actions. The methodology of formation of communicative competence at bachelors of education in the field of health and safety including the leading world outlook ideas, psychology and pedagogical approaches, the methodical principles is considered. The cyclic model of formation of communicative competence of bachelors of education on the basis of the maintenance of the educational area "Health and safety" including target, substantial, procedural, technological, reflexive and estimated components is proved. Cyclic process of formation of communicative competence at bachelors has phase logic and is based on various models of communication and the corresponding smyslotselevy dialogues. Assessment of effectiveness was determined by levels of formation of communicative competence and showed positive dynamics.

Abstract
The article aktualisierte issues of inclusive higher education. Determined the need for additional professional programs of advanced training courses for teaching staff, training of persons with disabilities and disability. Spelled out the purpose and objectives of the programme being implemented. A brief analysis of the five logically interrelated sections of programmes that integrate theoretical knowledge and applied skills of modeling of information and analytical support of persons with disabilities and disability in higher education. It details the formation of the basics of defectological knowledge that constituted the basic unit of additional professional programs in the field of inclusive higher education, creates conditions for the formation of a tolerant culture in relation to students with disabilities and disability. We prove the value of special knowledge in the professional activities of scientific and pedagogical workers and support staff of the higher school.

Increasing the role of individual work of students, provided by the Learning standards (Russian Federation), the transition involves the organization of educational process at the university by teaching paradigm to the paradigm of education. An essential part of this transition is the formation of students' individual learning styles based on their own self-cognitive characteristics and the development of individual practical techniques and methods of teaching at the university. Complex psychological and pedagogical support of first-year students to help them develop an individual trajectory of training (profile selection training, to develop a set of methods and exercises for training underdeveloped cognitive functions), which improves their individual work and improves academic performance. The article describes the results of implementing the model of managing the independent work of students in the educational process of the university: the results of the questioning of students and teachers who participated in the approbation of the model. The article deals with issues related to the problems of the existing system of management of the educational process in the context of the implementation of the main professional educational program (OPOP) in the university. Strategic guidelines in the field of management of educational programs are defined. Under the management of OPOP is understood the management of multidimensional educational products, oriented to the labor market and the implementation of social and educational requirements, including: management of content, process, resources, continent, finance, quality. he modern head of the educational program, which is the leader of this area of the program, should be ready to perform various types of activities: design, organizational, managerial, social and psychological covering all stages of the life cycle of the management of educational programs in the university. The structure and content of the program for the preparation of the heads of OPOP is proposed, which includes: strategic design and implementation of OPOP, strategic management and evaluation of the effectiveness of OPOP.

The article deals with the issues of interaction between professional activity and professional education using the principle of historicism and the method of historical and logical analysis. The authors disclose the content of the historical approach, define the basic functions of the historical approach (cognitive, prognostic, heuristic). On the basis of archival sources, newspapers and existing literature, the author analyzed the main directions of modernization of scientific and educational activities of the University, the difficulties that the team of GGPI had to overcome. Abstract
The article discusses the problem of modern fatherhood in the context of studying the personal experience of parenthood men - stepfathers and men biological fathers raising children of primary school age. The author presents the results of empirical studies of the specificity of a parental relationship stepfathers and their self-perception in the role of the father in view of the prevailing style of a parental relationship to the child of the spouse in comparison with similar parameters of personal experience in the family parenting fathers. Based on these data, the conclusion about the presence of qualitative differences in parental relation to stepfathers and biological fathers who are the predominance of the first ones are mostly unfavorable for the development of primary school children of parental attitude and, conversely, the predominance of the second is favorable for the development of the child of younger school age of parental attitude. Also noted for the fact of a high degree of coincidence in the system of self-perception of the subjects of the images "I" and "good father" with the prevalence in men is favorable for child development of parental attitude that, first of all, there is the biological fathers, and the differences of these images with the prevalence of adverse child development of parental attitude that is more common in stepfathers.

Abstract
This article presents the results of long-term theoretical and experimental studies on the problem of providing psychological and pedagogical assistance to children with mental retardation. It is shown that children with mental retardation is a special category in need of creating specific pedagogical conditions in order to compensate for the defect in their mental development, which should be subordinated with targeted diagnostic and individual correctional work. The basic principles of scientific concept of learning, education and training children with mental retardation in the system "kindergarten-school" developed by Professor U.V. Ulienkova are considered in the article. The article examines research approaches to understanding self-attitude between the older preschooler as a unity of values and emotional attitude and self-evaluation, specifics of age development of self-evaluation, its factors and mechanisms. The authors consider and generalize the study of the emotional aspects of the interaction of the mother with the children as a factor of formation of self-attitude of child in early ontogeny. The author provides an empirical study which sootnositsya the characteristics of maternal interaction and aspects of the attitude of the older preschooler. The authors establish a statistically significant, but ustavima trend depending on the level of self-evaluation of pre-school children from the characteristics of the emotional interaction between mother. Identified two-factor structure of emotional ways of interaction between mother and child was marked by the authors as "emotional response" and "emotional support", connected with self-esteem and self-acceptance older preschoolers, respectively.

Abstract
The article actualizes the problem of memory development and mnemonic abilities of students, as an important component of cognitive activity, which ensures the quality and effectiveness of education. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of scientific and psychological research and their own pedagogical experience, the authors consistently reveal the essence of mnemonic activity, the structure, factors that determine its development, ways and means of its improvement. An attempt has been made to study the regularities and mechanisms of the development of the mnemonic abilities of students in the conditions of the establishment of secondary vocational education. The results obtained by the authors show a low level of development of memory abilities, demonstrated by students against the background of a general decrease in cognitive interests and motives for learning activity. The conclusion is drawn about the need for special work aimed at optimizing mnemonic abilities, proposing concrete ways and methods for training and developing memory in the educational process and outside it. Attention is focused on the need to develop professional skills and competences, cognitive abilities that have their own specifics from the standpoint of specific professional activities.
