The transition of enterprises trading on market concept of development has changed the evaluation of the objective function, which is reflected in the system of economic indicators that characterize the economic process, it refers to the indicator of retail turnover. Market methods of management objectively led to the abandonment of the primacy of the rate of turnover and allowed to pass to the management of the trading process on the basis of economic regulators. The main goal of commercial enterprises is currently the maximum profit and turnover stands as the most important and necessary condition, without which can not be achieved this objective.

The article describes the experience of leading the strategic development of nuclear and power engineering - JSC "Atomenergomash". Holding "Atomenergomash" is a machine-building division of Rosatom state corporation specializing in the manufacture of key equipment for nuclear and thermal power, shipbuilding, gas and petrochemical industries. The article presents the largest holding companies in key business areas and their products. We analyzed the main provisions of the strategy of the enterprise, as well as key goals and objectives of JSC "Atomenergomash" in the process of implementing the strategy of the State Corporation "Rosatom". Considered in detail the key stages of the development strategy of the State Corporation "Rosatom" and the problem of "Atomenergomash" in the process of implementing the strategy of the corporation. The word morning is characterized by a complex semantic structure, and has the author's individual value: along with nominative value of 'time of day after the night before the beginning of the day', 'start of day, the first hours of the day' has the traditional poetic meaning 'the beginning of the first period of something' and symbolic - 'a time of joy and grace'.

In article the attitudes towards health and a healthy lifestyle at first-year students are investigated. Problems of health are especially actual for our country as owing to the happening social transformations, the low level of culture of the attitude towards the health the prestige of a healthy lifestyle, especially at youth catastrophically falls. Results of research have important theoretical value for the analysis of a healthy lifestyle, psychological culture, the attitude towards health of student's youth, in particular, they testify to low levels of behavioural activity and uneasiness in relation to the health at respondents. The received results and the formulated conclusions allow to reflect more deeply and in details processes of change and deformation of a way of life and culture of health and can be used in educational process as textbooks and methodical grants in these subjects are generally focused on a statement of material and don't provide development by students of technologies of self-development, formation of personal vital philosophy, individual system of a healthy lifestyle.

Article describes the organization of the registration and analytical system binding information for an assessment and the analysis of financial and economic activity of university for the purpose of receiving reliable information and acceptance of operational administrative decisions. The article considers the essence and possibility of application of marketing technologies "cross-marketing" in the promotion of tourism services. In the process, the study identified the main conditions for the use of cross-marketing in the tourism industry. Analyzed tools for cross-marketing, which include: organization of the activities of the joint discount buyers clubs; cross-promotions to increase sales volumes of produced goods and services (discounts, gift certificates, etc.); the release of a joint promotional literature; joint information stands at exhibitions; mutually beneficial projects of cultural and entertainment plan; General neighborhood or the location of retail space. In the article the main sources of modern teenagers’ views about family are discussed. In this article is discussed a problem of the changing of requirements of professional competence of teacher of high professional school connected with transition to a competence model of professional education. In thin article is viewed the criteria of the analysis and characteristics of the levels of the development of reflexive-professional activities that can be used for teachers introspection. It was proposed the study methodology of reflexive-professional activities in the structure of the professional competence of teacher reflexive of high school. The article touches upon the problem of formation of physical education competence in future subject teachers. It is said that physical-pedagogical activity of a teacher serves as a social necessary approach in professional activities. As it was showed in the analysis of the scientific studies there are many subjective and diverse matters in the unveiling the essence, functions and organization of the physical pedagogical activity.The generalization of the available facts gave on opportunity to distinguish a great number of its bases: the classification of manifestations, the system of realizations, the content, principles, functions, the organization, the characteristics of achievements. The consideration of indicated bases make it possible for authors to be determined (theoretically and practically) in the concept of essence, in the concept of regulation, in the concept of an appreciation of the teacher of not sports spesialities’s results of sports and pedagogical activity. On the basis of the undertaken investigation the authors suggest ways to optimize the process of physical education of universities in the system of unspecialized physical education. The main advantage of a new model is a variety of using different means of physical education.

The authors revealed the relevance of introducing the project «DE: E-learning and e-learning environment" in Mininskom University to meet the requirements of the state and the university. The basic stages, purpose and strategic objectives of the project. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of tasks in the initial stage of the project focused on the formation of the electronic information-educational environment of the university, contributing to improve the quality of training of students and availability of teacher education. This article provides a brief overview of developments in the course of the project in 2013-2014 academic year, an analysis of specific measures as part of the tasks. The article deals with original author’s master’s course programs on disciplines “Theory and Practice of Cognitive-Discursive Text Analysis” which is being taught at Northern (Arctic) Federal University as part of master’s courses of educational direction “Philology” (educational program specialization “Linguistic Judiciary Support of Communicative Activity”), and “Methodology of Discursive Analysis”, which is being studied at Nizhniy Novgorod State Pedagogical University as part of master’s courses of educational direction “Pedagogical Education” (educational program specialization “Linguistic Communication and Practical Journalism”). The tasks of master’s courses programs connected with their profiles’ peculiarities are being differentiated on the basis of their analysis. Special attention is paid to the research object - the discourse. The educational program specialization “Pedagogical Education” has special professional discourses as its’ study object including the system of mass media communication as well, while that of “Philology” (educational program specialization “Linguistic Judiciary Support of Communicative Activity”) has conflict discourses as its main object of study which allows to solve problems of communicative behavior of man in specific social situations. This results in proving that the logic of the author’s programs contents arrangement is conditioned by educational direction and educational program specialization of the master’s course, determining the course’s tasks and has professional and practice-oriented character.

The authors refer to the question of adaptation of first-year students to educational activity in higher education. We give a definition of socialization, since the problem of adaptation is inextricably linked to the socialization of students. On the basis of the process of adaptation of the different interpretations of scientists author gives definition of this notion in the article. Attention is paid to the specifics of the adaptation process. The authors point to the mental neoplasms and factors maladjustment first-year students, the most important of which are referred to as emotional distress and motivational factors. The success of the adaptation process of students in the initial stage of learning in higher education, according to the authors, depends largely on its maintenance, which can carry a tutor. We consider the etymology of the word "tutor" and the history of the emergence tyutorskoy activities in educational practice. The authors define the problem tyutorskoy activity and indicate the factors and criteria for successful adaptation of university students.

This article analyzes the results of revision of the Red Data Book of the Nizhny Novgorod region, evaluated changes in the list of rare wildlife species in connection with preparing the second edition of the Red Data Book of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Сategories of the status of species' rarity are characterized. The problems of rare species of the Red Book of the Nizhny Novgorod region are discussed. The reasons for exclusion of species from the list protected are analyzed. The situation with the preservation of biodiversity in the region remains difficult. Influence of solar activity is carried out directly through the electro-magnetic field, and indirectly, through the effects of meteorological factors. All people are meteo-sensitive. The degree of sensitivity depends of health, age and type of the estimated impact factor, and environmental features of human location. The basic laws of individual meteo-helio-reactions of human psychophysiological indicators at an early and mature age stages are determined. These researches were carried out with a single cycle of observation, but the same patterns and features of meteo-helio-influence with repeated observation are poorly understood. Article is devoted to dynamic characteristics of individual meteo-reactions of healthy people and patients with cardiovascular disease in adulthood. The study involved shift workers Siberia. Studied the effect of changes in air temperature and atmospheric pressure on the dynamics of blood pressure and heart rate in a two cycles of observation, the dynamics of adaptation levels in cycles is examined. The study revealed the existence of both conserved and different parameters for dynamic monitoring of human meteo-reactions. That allows to put forward a hypothesis that meteo-adaptation it is not a reaction to the current external impact, but the result of the realization of adaptation program, already existing in the body, in specific conditions.

In the article review of domestic researches of the soils concerning to detection of the importance of microorganisms for indication of anthropogenesis impact on a soil biota and also in search of microbiotic criteria of resistance of biogeocenosis to these influences is presented in article. On modern views biogeochemical and biological processes in soils are backbone for local biogeocenosis and ecosystems in general. They define a number of the major ecological functions of a soil cover, and also a condition of formation of full-fledged and safe vegetable biomass. The organisms occupying the soil are an obligatory component of any ecosystem. Instead of with that, negative impacts on the soil, changing living conditions of soil microorganisms, can significantly break normal course in soils of processes of microbic transformation, and, therefore, and processes of circulation of substances in the biosphere. Relevance of studying of technogenic pressure of the anthropogenesis of various intensity and duration which is shown in reactions of a soil and biotic complex of biogeocenosis is emphasized.

The article presents the results of testing the algorithm robust estimation based on the Chebyshev inequality, on a large number of samples with unimodal symmetric distribution with an asymmetric noise. Difference of the considered way of estimation, the using weight of supervision, from different ways of weighing of supervision, is that function of weighing is based by analogy with Chebyshev's inequality which doesn't depend on distribution type. It means that for the used way of estimation it isn't required aprioristic knowledge like distribution, the method is free from distributions. The main result indicates that the iterative algorithm using a first approximation to the parameter of the window function suitable values of both conventional (unstable) standard deviation, and value means the accuracy of the measuring tool. The citywide Scientific and Practical Conference «Genius loci: Russian writers about European cities» was held 7th April, 2015 at the department of Russian and Foreign philology of the faculty of the Humanities of Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University. Conference was devoted to the analysis from different perspectives of the literary image of the city. The conference covered a wide range of issues related to national images of European countries, ways of their creation, consolidation and dissemination in the Russian cultural consciousness, the embodiment of European cities images, features of national character, history, culture, traditions and landmarks in the literature. “Foreign” space, reflected in different genre works of Russian writers, makes it possible for the participants - students of Minin University and high school students - to trace deep and multifaceted impact of European culture through real or virtual meeting with portrayed place.
