Abstract
Article is devoted to a judgment problem by the person of itself during an antique era. Discrepancy of modern philosophy in understanding of the person in antiquity is defined. Trying to overcome ambivalent interpretations of the person, authors offer considers him through a project prism - realized and not the conscious concentrated ideas, values to which he aspires. Two types of the project created within ancient art - the project political and the project philosophical are allocated. Both projects of the person are based on his essence and values following from essence, such as a debt, a collectivism, patriotism and freedom. The dialectic interrelation between the allocated types of projects and historical reality is shown. Their crisis signs are fixed and reveal. Despite crisis of both projects, their role for the subsequent culture is defined.

Abstract
This article presents the analysis of the main approaches to identification of antimotives and antimotivation to training activities in national psychological science, significance and topicality of studying them among present day students. The authors present contents of developed methodology for diagnostics of antimotivation to training among students of pedagogical university and the results of its pilot approbation. Based on the analysis of the diagnostic results it has been discovered that psychodidactic component of educational environment possesses the highest antimotivational effect on training activities of pedagogical university students compared to other components of educational environment (spatial-substantive, social and subject), as well as micro- and macro-environment. The most significant issues within the problem of antimotivation to training activities of pedagogical university students have been extracted, requiring further special study.

Abstract
In this article presents features developed and implemented state-governmental educational standards of three generations in "Ecology and environmental management" from 1994 to this time. There are stages and development contradictions of higher professional environmental education, which is closely related to the educational standards. The first stage of origin and formation of independent ecological specialties is characterized by initial development of the content of vocational training of experts with orientation to the solution of environmental problems. Characteristic feature - lack of division between technical and fundamental (natural-science) ecological specialties, and the main tendency - orientation to again arising scientific directions in ecology. The second stage is characterized by development of the first state educational standard. It is a stage - definitions of requirements to conditions of realization of professional educational programs and allocation of an invariant kernel of the contents of these programs. The third stage - methodical ensuring implementation of the differentiated programs. As the main contradictions of it the following is allocated: between need of introduction of broad training of future experts and limitation of volume of the curriculum; between need of studying of professional disciplines and lack of the corresponding educational and methodical grants.

Abstract
The monitoring enforcement of administrative law for the protection of the environment is currently the actual direction of public authorities. Administrative law in the field of environmental protection is intended to ensure the ecological function of the state and abide by law and order in public relations. Large task of implementing administrative law lies with the local authorities, which, as the study showed, are not ready to implement it. The article listed the reasons and grounds of lack of relevant results of the work and the resources and competences of state authorities and local authorities needed to work effectively in this sphere. Analysis of the information obtained as a result of monitoring, to evaluate the effectiveness of implementation of the provisions of the legislation, and to identify problematic issues and legal gaps.

Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the problems of personality development of today’s teenagers pertaining to their self-attitude and psychological defence. It presents the results of a comparative analysis of self-attitude development specifics and manifestation of defence mechanisms in teenagers from full and single-parent families as well as special traits of interconnection of self-attitude main components and some types of psychological defence that are typical for them. Better well-being and greater disposition to approve of themselves has been revealed among those raised in full families as against a tendency to self-disparagement, besides the more intensive use of psychological defence, of their peers from single-parent families. It has been established that family structure defined by the principle “full” - “single-parent” is an important factor of self-attitude development and manifestation of psychological defence in teenagers.

The article deals with the formation and development of environmental audit in Russia, the concept of environmental auditing, audit management systems, demonstrated the possibility of applying the procedure of environmental audit to assess the effectiveness of environmental management systems. The directions of the procedure of environmental audit in an integrated management system based on international standards ISO and federal auditing standards, providing guidance for auditing management systems. Disclosed process steps program management audit as a tool of control, acquiring in this period of particular relevance and importance. The question of the need to develop one or more procedures, establishing the procedure for environmental audit as a control designed to ensure property rights, the importance of the economy in reducing commercial risks. Procedures connected with the adoption of administrative decisions related to the use of natural resources impacts on the environment. Particular attention is given to the results of the audit.

This article is an attempt to systematize the communicative courses that implement tactic of the positive presentation of the object of the review. Since the main objective of this tactic is to estimate the object of the review we consider that the basis of classification consists of such components of the evaluation as subject, object and the basis of the evaluation. Depending on the subject of the assessment we have allocated to such communicative moves as the impression from reading, personal expression of sympathy, appeal to the opinions of others, the introduction of self-assessment by the author of the book, etc.; depending on the evaluation object - the approval of the merits of the work, a positive outlook, praise, a compliment, an indication of the achievement of the writer, etc.; depending on the base - the typical juxtaposition of modern art with the text, the continuation of traditions, appeal to the eternal values, etc. The diversity and specificity of the analyzed communicative courses within the tactics positive presentation allows to make a conclusion about setting reviews to attract the reader's attention and stimulation needs to buy the book; the complexity of the category of the author, personalization assessment.

Abstract
The article deals with scientific and geographical features of the study of natural and cultural heritage in the mainstream of development of education for sustainable development. The analysis of researches of scientists-geographers in the field of heritage study allowed to conclude that the key geoecological aspects of heritage associated with the idea of heritage as a unique cultural and environmental phenomenon, reflecting the idea of co-creation and the balanced development of man and nature. Natural heritage is revealed on the basis of specially protected natural areas and cultural heritage - based cultural landscape. Presents ideas important use in the study of natural and cultural heritage in school geographic education. A special place is given to the school of geography of Russia and geoecological studies that create the preconditions for cognitive, value, activity-based heritage study. The content of these courses provides the motivation of pupils to study natural and cultural heritage, promotes awareness of the involvement of pupils in their conservation in line with the ideas of sustainable development.

In article an attempt of pedagogical judgment of a phenomenon "educations for a sustainable development" on the basis of integration of key provisions of pedagogics of environment (ecological pedagogics), pedagogics of health and pedagogics of safety is made. Abstract
In the article actual problems of modern education are disclosed, which are related to the formation of co-evolutionary values, reflecting the idea of sustainable development by means of the study of the urban landscape. Co-evolutionary potential environmental landscape science is substantiated in general and the urban landscape as an object of geo-environmental education, in particular. Content lines are formulated, reflecting the potential of the co-evolutionary landscape. We consider the author's program on this subject, which is implemented by using a modular approach. It includes the development of the problems in the wider context of personal experience, contributing to the development of co-evolutionary values in accordance with the ideas of sustainable development. This module integrates an interdisciplinary problem-system, individually oriented approaches to the formation of co-evolutionary worldview values as the core of ecological culture of pupils, revealing the relationship of objective and subjective conditions of educational process. Formation of co-evolutionary values among pupils in the space of native urban environment acts as a new reality related to the tradition of the education of advanced functions in the implementation of the idea of sustainable development of man and nature.

This article analyzes the role of information modeling as a universal approach to the study of complex objects in the study of natural sciences disciplines (computer science, mathematics, physics). Shows the signs of the use of information modeling in learning these subjects. In these disciplines, students must learn to identify connections and relationships between the individual elements, to be able to provide information in a formalized manner, building information model of the object or process to solve the problem, which makes the method of information modeling highly relevant for the study of natural science disciplines cycle. The article gives examples of the use of information modeling in teaching these subjects. On the example of a number of models from different areas of practice describes the stages of information modeling - from problem to solution obtained in the course of a computational experiment.

The article describes the main current priorities of environmental education as education for sustainable development in the context of complementary strategies for the development of ideas to reality. This article examines the problem of professional self-determination of students in the contemporary socio-economic situation. It studies different approaches to the definition of professional self-determination, explainss the factors of its formation, characteristics and typology. Authors consider ecological competitions as the leading form of career-oriented activities that have a ignificant impact on the result of professional self-determination of students. They disclose goals, objectives, functions and levels of ecological competitions. On the basis of generalization of various approaches to the classifications presented typology Olympiad on ecology. Abstract
In the article presented multidimensional review of theoretical data and experimental researches of the silicon substances involved in biogeochemical system "the soil - the plant". The considered works describe value of silicon and its substances in the soil absorbing complex, physiology and optimization of food of agricultural cultures, optimization of their ecological component at cultivation. Value of silicon in induction (activization) of mechanisms of internal physiological system of resistance of plants to abiotic stresses and as activator of protection against defeat insects-wreckers and pathogenic microorganisms is shown. Silicon and its connections possess growth the stimulating properties therefore application the silicate containing of growth factors promotes increase of resistance of cultural plants to adverse factors of environment and in general optimization of a phytosanitary background of agricultural crops. In conclusion of work justification about need of detailed studying of influence of siliceous substances on a soil and biotic complex of agrobiogeocenoses and identification of physiological and biochemical mechanisms of action of compounds of silicon is specified in a vegetable organism regarding its protection against phytopathogens.

Abstract
In the conditions of the protected soil the stressful adaptogen Epin-Extra is tested (24 - epibras-sinolid). A research objective was studying of influence of the regulator of growth on efficiency of the revitalized grade potatoes «Good luck» (domestic selection), received by method of an apical meristem. Positive influence of the regulator of growth on efficiency and quality of plants of potatoes in system of original seed farming in greenhouse conditions is established. Epin-Extra's application promoted increase of survival of microplants, increase in vegetative weight and root system, an assimilatory surface of plants of potatoes. Thanks to increase of elevated and underground biomass, and also increase of resistance to stress of plants Epin-Extra increases productivity and biochemical indicators, such as the content of starch and solids, and also decrease in accumulation of nitrates is promoted in tubers on an early grade by «Good luck» of selection of VNIIKH.

Abstract
The comparative assessment of the content of heavy metals in samples of honey, wax, propolis, bee sting and bodies of the bees received in the different regions of the Nizhny Novgorod Region differing in ecological intensity is carried out. The comparative characteristics of heavy metals in bee products obtained in apiaries located near the federal highway and in the forest area. It is shown that the levels of lead, cadmium, strontium, zinc and copper in the samples of bee products is higher in samples obtained at apiaries located near the motorway. The maximum difference between the zones account for zinc, which is 5-9 times higher in samples near the motorway teachings.

The article describes the features of virtual tours. The author analyzes and evaluates the literature on the subject of the study. It gives a definition for virtual tours in the educational process. It is characterizes their specific features and properties and specifies field of use. It is disclosed methodological basis for the use of this type of excursions in geography as a form of organization of training activities and individual project for pupils. It is identified and described the stages of development of the tour and describes the nature of the excursions on geography in the context of its greening. The requirements are given for the selection of the geo-environmental content of the tour material. It is provided guidance on the disclosure of the valuable aspects of the study of excursion sites. Abstract
This article presents the restored biography and analysis of scientific activity of Pavel V. Serebrovsky known domestic biologist who died in the Siege of Leningrad. Being Doctor of Biological Sciences, a talented popularizer of science and a student of M.A. Menzbier and P.P. Sushkin, he worked as head of the sector of Ornithology of the Zoological Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. His studies were the starting point for monitoring avifauna of the center of European Russia (Nizhny Novgorod region and adjacent regions) and made a great contribution to the knowledge of the mechanisms of action of environmental factors on the distribution and evolution of birds. In the history of science he is known as an evolutionist, zoogeographer and ornithologist. His scientific interests were focused on ornithological geography, history of Palearctic avifauna, studying the effect of climate on the evolution of birds, variability of bird subspecies.

Results of researches of processes of oxidation of tritium are given in a nonsaturated layer of earth, migration in a water-bearing layer, washing away from the atmosphere by drops of a rain and transfer in the atmosphere.
