Abstract
The article singles out the main priorities of the teacher-training modernization system in the Russian Federation. It is described in the broad context of reforming process of education at all levels of the system and in the specific conditions of the development of special education. It is shown that there are five main abilities which should be developed during personnel training for special education. The article analyses the advantages of the innovative educational program “Pedagogics and Psychology of Potential” which is suggested in respond to liberal education requirement, in the framework of the approaches, priciples in conductive education. The programme is created for special bachelors' training.

Abstract
The authors revealed the relevance of the methods and tools of marketing communication in the Minin university to meet current requirements and potential consumers of high school. The basic types of marketing communications used by the university. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of the methods of marketing communications both electronic (website) and the contact (meetings, open days, school vacations) species. The author reveals the sufficient and necessary components of the site's content through the eyes of high school students of the future; their interest in the ongoing Minin university activities. The article presents the results of the study from February to June of 2015 to identify effective methods of marketing communication that contribute to attracting students to the university. Presented in the article data it is advisable to take into account when planning the marketing activities of the university segment - school graduates and parents.

Abstract
Decisions making in operational and strategic management of modern enterprises often is based on estimate of profitability or viability. In this case a number of important factors is eliminated from consideration, that determines the activity of as individual companies as entire sectors of the national economy and defense industry. The traditional system of financial indicators does not reflect the modern requirements of industrial and innovative development and needs to supplement. A new approach to solve this problem is proposed in this article. The authors developed a system of indicators for integrated research of performance activity the enterprises, that including defence-industrial complex.

Abstract
The paper seeks to answer the question if students’ study engagement is related to positive perception of their employability moulded inside the academia. To address this issue, a quantitative survey was conducted, where participants were students from the National Research University, Higher School of Economics. While the existence of the correlation between study engagement and self-perceived employability is empirically proven, the complex nature of employability - not confined to the higher education settings - is revealed. It is argued that positively perceived employability might be a result of engagement in the study. Analysis of students’ aspirations and labor market orientations may help understand the role of university in creating a favorable educational atmosphere and forming the basis for future successful work life. Abstract
The article deals with the neo-realist poetics of Gorky, the role of the world color characteristics in the cycle “Po Rusi” ("In Russia") is examined. It is proved that color and light pictures in the writer’s artistic system promote actively the expression of his philosophical understanding of life essence itself, of man's place in it, the position of Man . It is noted the predominance in Gorky palette of bright primary colors: red, blue, green, yellow, black, and the combination of colors, as black and white. It was found that the game of dominant and figurative meanings of the words light and darkness enhances their emotional perception. Images-codes Light and Darkness in Gorky’slight picture are considered to be in the context of romantic tradition of Russian literature of the Silver Age and art.

Abstract
The author refers to the decision of the actual problem of staff turnover in the transformation of the Russian economy. In light of the problem of the effectiveness of human resources management the author indicates the most frequent problems faced by the company and focus on the problem of staff turnover. The author presents a different interpretation, defining "Marketing personnel" as a kind of administrative activity aimed at ensuring the long-term organization of human resources (identifying staffing needs, and these needs, that is, covering the organization's needs for personnel). It highlights the main features and distinctive features of marketing staff. We consider the objective (external) and subjective reasons (internal) reasons for staff turnover. The author proposes a number of measures to help identify the causes of turnover.

The article is devoted to the problem of introduction of management accounting system educational programs at the University, the interrelation of University strategic development and financial management of educational programs, analyzes budgetary funding for the provision of educational services, the necessity of automation of management accounting system.In work the substantiation that the management accounting system based on segmental reporting, enables managers at all levels: to obtain information on consolidated results of operations; evaluate the result of the work of structural units that implement certain educational programs; implement cost controls;plan and control the execution of budgets for certain educational programs and activities in General.Automation of management accounting system is presented as a necessary mechanism to determine the cost of the educational program taking into account all consumed in its implementation, resources, cost centers and process optimisation during the implementation of the program. The article specifies the main sources of financing of investment projects of industrial enterprises, among which are proposed to distinguish between belonging to the participants (shareholders) of the company and others. Shows the sequence and content of the steps in building the industrial enterprises of a specific capital investment project. The main requirements for the capital structure of the investment project. As such invited to consider the requirements for the financial feasibility of the project, minimize the cost of capital of the project, the need for additional investments and changes of property shares members of the company, and not exceeding the maximum level of the probability of occurrence of insolvency of the enterprise. The approach allowing to assess the adequacy of the probability of occurrence of insolvency of the enterprise in one way or another the capital structure of the project the maximum allowable (limit) level. Any serious study - natural sciences, humanities, philosophy - always striving to penetrate deeper into the mysteries of existence. Sami nature of the world may be material or spiritual. Abstract
The Individual Educational Route (IER) guarantees the compliance with the essential pedagogical terms and methods that in their turn allow reaching the goals of modern high education. Authors researched the educational hurdles of university’s educational environment and developed the pedagogical technologies, neutralizing their negative influence on the educational process. In the article, the authors examine the theoretical aspect of planning of the IER in the different educational experience of India and Russia.IER is a possibility of individual educational way planning. In the course of the research, the authors used such pedagogical methods as pedagogical observation, survey, dialogue, and pedagogical experiment. The results of the research can be applied to the high school or others educational institutions in the educational environment.

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of bachelor's professional training and experience in the application of case-based technologies and the implementation of project activities in the educational process and RGPPU NSPU them. K. Minin. A perspective from use of these innovative technologies in the preparation of students enrolled in educational programs of undergraduate field of study "Vocational training (by industry)". Outlines the features and stages of the case-based technologies and the implementation of project activities in preparation for working in the profession of professional-pedagogical high school. The authors determined that the innovative methods and technologies of training are certain system methods, techniques, organization and implementation of the educational process, contributing to the development of independent creative ability and professional thinking and, ultimately, have a positive effect on the quality of professional competencies. It is proved that the use of these technologies allows you to create and design professional competence of the future bachelors training.

Formation of information culture as an independent scientific field and the educational practices associated with the realization of the fundamental role of information in social development; increasing amounts of information; informatization of society, development of information technology, etc.. The article deals with the formation of professional competencies in students-bachelors. Identify common approaches to defining a set of competences in the state standards of Russia and Kazakhstan. Abstract
In article the role of a communicative component of educational process and feature of management by its quality each of subjects of educational process is defined. Signs and indicators of quality of a communicative component of educational process to which are carried are defined: use level in educational process of active methods of training and modern technologies, and also extent of creation by teachers of the creative atmosphere for self-development of students. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature the monitoring procedure "communicativeness of educational process" is developed. Results of realization of monitoring procedure and acceptance on their basis of concrete administrative decisions on increase of interpersonal interaction of subjects of educational process are stated. Recommendations about carrying out actions which will promote increase of communicativeness of educational process are made. Efficiency of monitoring as instrument of quality management of this component of educational process in a higher educational institution is confirmed.

Abstract
The article analyzes the most important components of the social teacher training, taking into account the significant changes in the social sphere of Russian society. The authors draw attention to the fact, that ongoing deformation of the social and humanitarian sphere dictates the urgent need for the formation of stable spiritual foundation of human existence. At the same time the modern reinterpretation of classic ideas of national and world pedagogical thought allows E.L. Karaman and A.S. Kurbatova justify the need to strengthen the humanistic aspect of social and educational activities, opposing the formation of a purely pragmatic thinking and promoting the comprehensive development of creative thinking, social relation of the teacher to the child as the supreme value of life. Special attention is paid to the relevance of the study of pedagogical and psychological disciplines and practices in the formation of professional competence - an integrated quality, consisting in an organic combination of knowledge, skills, experience and individual psychological personality characteristics.

Abstract
The purpose of the publication - substantiation of pedagogical conditions aimed at developing personal qualities of students of high school a safe type of behavior. The methodological basis of the article is the concept of sustainable development and the theory of human safety. The study used the analysis of scientific-theoretical formation of the individual provisions of safety type, the training of students at the university, quality diagnostics, which are important for the safe conduct of the individual. Results. The main thesis, formulated by the authors, is defined as a conflict between the need stable (safe) development of the individual and existing global threats to human life. Content - analysis of copyright definitions of the concepts of "security of the person" and "personality safety type" revealed that in all their diversity category identity safe type of behavior has a complex multicomponent structure comprising motivation, values and meanings, cognitive, behavioral aspects, emotional and volitional regulation and personal qualities. The author examines the personality type as a secure stable and have a culture of feelings, knowledge and moral and volitional self-regulation to ensure the necessary level of education in the field of safety and safe behavior. The importance of a solution to the problem is based on the study of personality traits safe type of behavior conducive to building relationships with the students themselves and the world, the knowledge of ourselves and the world, as well as moral and volitional behavior. The article provides an overview of the accumulated over 30 years of experience in the experimental study of ethology and trophic activity of Collembola in laboratory conditions. The General characteristics of the main methods of studying various types of behavior and feeding habits of Collembola, belonging to different life forms. The technique for direct observations of individuals in zooculture. Describes the method of using artificial culture medium used for the maintenance of fruit flies, as food for Collembola in the long-term concentrations in the laboratory. Illuminated by the author's method of obtaining viable zooculture, creating them in an active state for decades. Explores the unique method of applying timestamp in vivo for study of individual behaviour of Collembola, also highlights the results of using the method of Dyce in the study of the spatial distribution of these invertebrates.

Abstract
The article contains information on the International scientific conference “Theoretical and practical aspects of linguistics, literature, methodology of teaching foreign languages” (April 15, 2015) at Nizhny Novgorod Pedagogical University named after K. Minin. The conference highlighted diverse issues of language teaching. Wide coverage was given to issues of topical problems of linguistics and literary studies in the context of globalization. They discussed the problem of the relationship level of formation of social competence with the understanding of authentic texts. The conference discussed the problems of development of future teachers’ professional competence. A great attention was paid to issues related to the development of cognitive activity of students in learning English, their self-training, objective assessment of their knowledge and ability to peer-evaluation. At the same time the problems of motivation and methods of training demotivated students were highlighted.

On March 27, 2015 on the basis of faculty of the humanities of NSPU them. K. Minin with assistance of Regional offices of the Russian public organizations "Association of Teachers of Literature and Russian" and "Association of Teachers of Russian and Literature of the Higher School" of the Nizhny Novgorod Region there took place the Russian scientific and practical conference «Integration of technology in the teaching of philological disciplines». The problem of effective use of integration in modern education became key in speeches of speakers. Various questions of teaching philological disciplines were considered: theoretical aspects of a problem of integration, use of integration technologies within introduction of FGOS, application of integration technologies by preparation for Examination on literature and Russian, a technique of the integrative cultural comment a literary text.
