TEACHERS OF HIGH SCHOOL READINESS OF THE CREATION OF NEW EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS

Abstract

The article deals with issues related to the study of readiness of teachers to develop new educational products . Design of new educational products is considered as the innovation process, which is a work on the creation, development, use and dissemination of innovations that lead to changes in the educational system, allowing it to produce a "new" quality. We present a study of the faculty NSPU them. K. Minin on the relevance and degree of participation in the development of new educational products. The first area of research is related to the assessment of teachers related to changes in the needs of pedagogical innovation to create new educational products at the university. The second area of research is related to the assessment of their ability to design new educational products.
