ANALYS TEACHER’S OPINIONS ABOUT TEACHER OF THE FUTURE AS A BASIS TO DEVELOP A MODEL OF TEACHING STUDENTS NEW TEACHING PROFESSIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF SEGREGATION OF PEDAGOGICAL WORK

Abstract

The need to develop a system of training in high school the teacher of the future for new educational segregation of pedagogical work conditions and lack of scientific and regulatory documentary base object of the present study was a comprehensive analysis of modern educational situation and monitoring of the teachers. We studied the professional needs, as well as new ideas about teaching profession moderator, tutor, spotter and necessary for this additional expertise. Analyzed the ratio of teachers to the system of the division of pedagogical work in the school. Received professional opinion was used to formulate the main tasks and activities developed in the pedagogical model of the separation of work and creation of educational modules for teacher training in new occupations within the current currently Minin University project «The teacher of the future».
