IMPROVING OF TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN MUNICIPAL-DOMESTIC SPHERE IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM
Abstract
The article describes the experience of training specialists in the sphere of housing and communal services in the Nizhny Novgorod state pedagogical University. Kozma Minin. Describes the problems of modernization of the Russian economy in the sphere of housing and communal services at the present stage. Studied units of professional preparation of future specialists of housing and communal services in the Nizhny Novgorod region, which is aimed at the formation of professional competence in this field of study. The article listed the experience of training specialists in the field of housing and communal services, which is being implemented in stages. Disclosed the purpose of professional training, which is to meet the needs of a particular individual in a profession and simultaneously meeting the staffing needs of production.
