PROFESSIONAL REFLEXIVE OF TEACHER OF HIGH SCHOOL CONNECTED WITH TRANSITION TO A COMPETENCE MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract

In this article is discussed a problem of the changing of requirements of professional competence of teacher of high professional school connected with transition to a competence model of professional education. In thin article is viewed the criteria of the analysis and characteristics of the levels of the development of reflexive-professional activities that can be used for teachers introspection. It was proposed the study methodology of reflexive-professional activities in the structure of the professional competence of teacher reflexive of high school. Reflection is seen as objectively necessary stage of professional activity of teacher of higher professional schools. Criteria for the analysis of the level of development of professional reflection: the ability to self-evaluate their professional activities, criteria of professional reflection, the presence of the program of professional self-development. In the article were rendered the effects of the pilot testing of the reflexive-professional activities in the structure of professional competence of teacher of high professional school. Proved the dependence of formation of professional competence of a specialist from the conditions of professional activity.
