EFFICIENCY innovation in business through PROCESS APPROACH

Abstract

The article investigates the characteristics of the process approach to doing business in the field of services based on the consideration of theoretical principles and specific practical results. Solutions offered to increase the efficiency of process management core business include: the transition to a system of industry participants by creating inter-enterprise cooperation at the level of technology standards for core business processes, standardization of quality management system; the formation of an innovative product with an increase in its value for the customer and reduce the cost to the producer; the creation of new infrastructure elements, as well as rules and procedures that are part of a single integrated system of interaction. Different approaches to the implementation, promotion and support of innovative projects in the framework of international business-to-business networks; the possibility of transforming the innovative capacity of the sector; methods of commercialization of innovations in business.
