MORNING IN ARTISTIC SPEECH SYSTEM CHEKHOV
Abstract
This article examines artistic speech system of Anton Chekhov explores the nature of individual perception of the world, realized in the language of the writer. The study of lexical-semantic system of a language is by using the field method. Field approach allows us to explicate the author's worldview, to reveal the specifics of his value orientation and language priorities, the characteristics of the individual author of usage. The token “Morning” in the works of the writer has a high frequency of use in the literary texts of the writer, is connected with the main categories of the attitude of the author (the beauty, the joy of life), is subjected to semantic transformations in the context. The word morning is characterized by a complex semantic structure, and has the author's individual value: along with nominative value of 'time of day after the night before the beginning of the day', 'start of day, the first hours of the day' has the traditional poetic meaning 'the beginning of the first period of something' and symbolic - 'a time of joy and grace'.
