INNOVATIONS AS A FACTOR INFLUENCING THE EMOTIONAL STATE OF THE TEACHERS OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Abstract

The article discusses the problem of readiness of the modern teacher to innovate, as a prerequisite for success.The analysis of the various approaches to understanding innovation in the organization; describes the stages of innovation; revealed substantial characteristics of pedagogical innovation. Each stage of the introduction of innovations is determined by social and psychological factors that are both stimulating, so slow down the process in the education sector and might give rise to tension in the teaching staff. Formulated the conclusions that the ratio of secondary school teachers for such an innovation as "Dnevnik.ru", is determined by their emotional state. For the successful implementation of innovations in teaching activities are important characteristics such as age, education level, work experience, a positive attitude to innovation, the motivation for the introduction of innovations and the personal characteristics of teachers.
