HISTORICAL CONTEXT OF MODERNIZATION TRAINING OF THE TEACHER IN RUSSIA

Abstract

The appeal to problems of modernization of pedagogical education in Russia goes in the general course of global processes in education. The judgment, design and realization of innovative development and predictive researches demands purposeful identification and the accounting of tendencies of historical development of the considered phenomenon. Four tendencies which defined generally dynamics and nature of formation and development of pedagogical education in Russia are presented. Five regularities of development of pedagogical education are revealed. First dependence of pedagogical education on a state, requirements and tendencies of development of the general education. The second - lag of reforming of pedagogical education from reforming of system of the general education. The third - conditionality of level of pedagogical education economic factors, problems of mass character and availability of the general education. The fourth - decrease in attention to problems of training of the teacher was followed by increase of activity of pedagogical science and pedagogical literature. The fifth - the dominating role of state policy in education in reforming processes.
