THE CREATION OF NEW JOBS THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS
Abstract
This article reveals essential aspects of the decision of problems of employment through the establishment and development of industrial parks. Effective way that will eradicate the socio-economic instability of the productive forces, is to support small and medium businesses by providing tax breaks for businesses, the abolition of checks at three years, all of these measures contribute to the development and business creation, job creation. Diversification of activities of enterprises through the organization on their territory of industrial parks contributes to the solution of employment issues, creation of new jobs in these towns. It is possible to maintain employment even in the face of declining demand or consumption in one sector, it is therefore necessary to develop industrial parks. Effective form of organization of production, ensuring that economic growth is a clustered system. Clustering is important for the transfer of the domestic economy to the innovative way of development, which are the driving force of social development, sources of long-term economic growth.
