DESIGNING A SINGLE ELECTRONIC PLATFORM FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN THE UNIVERSITY

Abstract
Introduction: in the article questions of creation of a modern digital environment of management of educational programs in high school are considered. The implementation of a new model for the management of educational programs in the university requires the creation of a single electronic platform for the management of educational programs, integrated into the electronic information and educational environment of the university, which includes components for managing the content, process, resources, contingent, finances and quality of basic professional educational programs. Under the single electronic platform for the management of educational programs, we will understand the aggregate of information, educational, organizational, managerial solutions that provide interactive interaction between participants in the educational process, aimed at the effective management of educational programs in the university.
Materials and methods: when writing the article, the following methods were used: theoretical and methodological analysis and synthesis of existing special domestic and foreign scientific and methodological literature, a conceptual analysis of scientific articles and publications on the topic; study and synthesis of both domestic and foreign developments and the implementation of projects to create digital environments in the management of education; application of methods of generalization, comparison, forecasting
Results: he principles of building a single electronic platform for the management of educational programs in the university, required for electronic services and necessary for their integration into the IOS: openness, integration, interactivity, personification, nonlinearity are formulated. A system of services for a single electronic platform for managing educational programs has been developed, which includes: the Personal Office of the Head of OPOP, the Profile of the Scientific and Pedagogical Worker, the Card for the Personal and Professional Development of Students, the Assessment of the Profitability of OPOP, and the Evaluation of the Effectiveness of OPOP.
Discussion and Conclusions: the creation of a single electronic platform for the management of educational programs in the university will allow to optimize the processes of administering educational programs and improve the quality of service functions for students, scientific and pedagogical staff and university staff.
