STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN THE UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The article deals with issues related to the problems of the existing system of management of the educational process in the context of the implementation of the main professional educational program (OPOP) in the university. Strategic guidelines in the field of management of educational programs are defined. Under the management of OPOP is understood the management of multidimensional educational products, oriented to the labor market and the implementation of social and educational requirements, including: management of content, process, resources, continent, finance, quality. he modern head of the educational program, which is the leader of this area of the program, should be ready to perform various types of activities: design, organizational, managerial, social and psychological covering all stages of the life cycle of the management of educational programs in the university. The structure and content of the program for the preparation of the heads of OPOP is proposed, which includes: strategic design and implementation of OPOP, strategic management and evaluation of the effectiveness of OPOP.
