METHODS OF RESEARCH PROBLEMS EDUCATION

Abstract

The article deals with methods of research vocational training issues; The characteristics of the methods of theoretical research (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, abstraction, generalization), with the following features: systematic conceptual apparatus, the relationship of concepts and guidelines, ensuring the relationship between functional theoretical principles of vocational education pedagogy; and empirical methods (pedagogical experiment, observation, measurement), providing knowledge of educational reality. We analyze the systemic approach to the qualitative study of pedagogical processes and events aimed at solving these problems of vocational education: the development of theoretical concepts on the basis of the principles of the system; management of the pedagogical process; study holistic system objects that characterize the processes of education, the development of training and education; the development of research programs; development of pedagogical models for the study of real-world education system. The article notes the need to use special methods of investigation related to specific tasks of training workers and specialists for the innovation economy; pedagogical analysis of employment of the worker, historical and logical analysis of the content of vocational training, working hours photographing, component analysis of knowledge, skills, skills of students, etc. Classification features are distinguished research methods.
