DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE FOR TRAINING PROGRAM “PREPARATION OF SPORTS REFEREES FOR MAIN JURY AND REFEREE TEAMS FOR PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS EVENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF ALL-RUSSIAN “READY FOR LABOR AND DEFENSE” PROGRAM”
Abstract
This paper discusses the regulatory, organizational, human resources, methodological and logistical work on the implementation of the All-Russian program "Ready for Labor and Defense". It also discusses related to the program procedures of organizing teachers’ and students’ work for training at Minin’s University center of additional education. The features of theoretical and practical lessons organizing for large groups of students, differentiated by field of education, are considered in the paper. The paper also covers various aspects of "Ready for Labor and Defense" sports referees training aiming testing requirements unification for program’s volunteers of different degrees.
