INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO THE ASSESSMENT OF EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES OF THE DISCIPLINE

Abstract

This article is devoted to topical issues of selection of forms and means of assessment of educational achievements of students and the level of educational outcomes of the discipline. Considered theoretical and methodological aspects of effective and objective assessment of learning outcomes of undergraduate students on the example of pedagogical and special (defectological) education. Special attention is paid to the specificity of evaluation procedures in the context of competence-activity approach, new educational and professional standards. Updated traditional and innovative approaches to the assessment of learning outcomes, outlines the key requirements of the assessment tools examples of various assessment tools competency-dejtelnosti format. Analyzed the features and examples of competence-oriented monitoring and evaluation tasks and their main indicators.Disclosed innovative views on monitoring and evaluation of the potential of such diagnostic tools as "POP-statement", "portfolio". The options proposed criteria framework for the evaluation of educational outcomes and educational achievements.
