THE USE OF TRAINING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PREPARATION OF SPECIALISTS OF TOURISM

Abstract

The article presents the experience of using training technologies of teaching in the process of professional training of future specialists in the sphere of tourism. The authors consider the specific organization of socio-psychological training, which includes all types of training that affect the quality, skills, and abilities that are manifested in the process of communication with clients of the travel Agency. Describes the main structural elements of socio-psychological training. Studied the principles of organization of socially-psychological training. The basic stages of conducting socio-psychological training, which include: the creation stage performance; the orientation phase, taking the form of role play or group discussions; the training stage and the final stage. The specifics of each of them. The study was concluded that the use of training technologies in the process of preparing specialists in the sphere of tourism contributes to the development of their competitiveness, reducing the period of adaptation of young professionals in business, improving professional competence of specialists in the field of tourism.
