TYUTORSKAYA ACTIVITY OF THE TEACHER ON THE INDIVIDUALIZATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS

Abstract

The authors refer to the issue of tyutorskoy activity of the teacher on the individualization of independent work of students in higher education. Speaking about the importance of independent work of students, the authors present the classics of pedagogy views on the matter. Results interpretation of the concept of independent work of students, data scientists: V.I.Zagvyazinskim, I.A.Zimney, P.I.Pidkasistym, L.M.Fridmanom, M.G.Garunovym, V.P.Shishkinym, IV Popova, E.V.Gubernatorovoy. The authors point to the shortcomings of independent work of students, which include: the inability to organize independent work, the lack of planning skills, self-organization and samokontrorlya, lack of skills with the literature and identify possible ways to address them. The most promising way to improve the students' independent work the authors consider its individualisation undertaken teacher applying technology tyutorskoy activities. The authors point out the conditions that must provide the teacher in the design of students' independent work, and determine its components: motivational, organizational, reflexive, mastery, control. Special attention is given to consideration of steps tyutorskoy activities individualization of independent work of students of high school.
