INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF THE TEACHER OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION AS FACTOR OF QUALITY OF PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION
Abstract
In article value of innovative activity of the teacher of higher education institution in the solution of problems of improvement of quality of vocational pedagogical training is opened. The content of concept of quality of pedagogical education as main requirement of implementation of Federal state educational standards and fundamental ideas of training of teachers according to the Professional standard of the teacher and the Concept of support of a development of education is submitted. Modern requirements to vocational training of teachers in higher educational institutions, basic of which - formation of the teacher versatile person capable continuously to be trained and train others are generalized. Innovative activity of the teacher and the main tendencies in change of the content of traditional teaching activity are opened the content of concept: increase of a role of methodical, research, design activity. The content of innovative activity of the teacher of pedagogical higher education institution is systematized, activities for updating of the maintenance of educational programs and improvement of the organization of educational process, activities for application of innovative educational and estimated technologies, activities for ensuring network interaction and the academic mobility are described. Conclusions are drawn on considerable influence of innovative activity of the teacher of pedagogical higher education institution on quality of vocational training of students.
