SUBJECTIVITY READINESS OF STUDENTS TO TUTOR SUPPORT IMPLEMENTATION IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

The article deals with the theoretical foundations and the experimental results in the creation of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University. M. Akmulla tutors School. The intensive nature of the changes in education policy, its focus on the formation of the young specialist able to be an active participant in its activities, independently and creatively solve professional problems actualize the issue of formation of subjectivity of the student in terms of study in high school, his readiness for the implementation of tutor support in the future professional activity . Under tutor support educational and professional self-realization of the future expert in the educational environment of the university refers to systematic work of the tutor, which is both an organizer, partner, consultant and mentor students in order to support self-realization in different microenvironments of the university in building a culture of choice and rejection. Tutor support educational and professional self-realization of the future expert in the educational environment of high school is considered as a system-forming factor of his training, providing a high level of mastery of professional competencies.
