OPPORTUNITIES FOR NETWORKING IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF SPECIALIST IN THE SPHERE OF CULTURE AND ART
Abstract
The article discusses the problem of readiness of graduates for the creative professional activity in the conditions of changes of requirements of employers to the specialist, it discusses the possibilities of networking in the system of professional training in the sphere of art and culture. Networking in the context of the new requirements is an innovative technology that offers new possibilities in updating of education content and training management, joint use of resources. It examines the effectiveness of interaction between the University and employer in the process of learning and training specialists in the sphere of culture and art. The article discusses the possible application of network forms of realization of educational programs in the process of professional training future specialists of creative professions. There emphasizes the functional importance of involving employers in the process of professional training of students in the networking form, to ensure the quality of education and to realise the needs of all the participants of this interaction.
