MODEL PROJECT CONCEPT OF ELECTRONIC INFORMATION-EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

The authors reveal changing conditions in which they were trained and working methods of modern teachers to meet the requirements of the state and society. The necessity to improve information competence-time teacher in the direction of use in their pro-fessional operation of information and communication technologies training. It determines the significance of the creation and development of electronic information-educational environment of modern pedagogical high school in the course of preparation of the teacher of the new generation. Reveals the definitions of "information technology security" and "teacher of the future." The author's vision of the mission of the modern university system of teacher education is the need for scientific and practical design, development and implementation in practice of educational activities entirely new information technology support. The main directions and requirements of information transformations in the higher-education on the pedagogical. Argued the importance and functionality of information services, researchers and teachers in solving strategic problems of modern higher pedagogical educational organization.
