SYLLABUS AS A MEANS OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS

Abstract

The article contains a description of the syllabus - the plan of the discipline, which is to help teachers develop students. Strict rules of writing syllabus does not exist and the author proposed and discussed in the article proper structure Syllabus: goals and objectives of the discipline; routing; monitoring and evaluation activities; job descriptions and evaluation criteria; Criteria certification of ongoing work; Criteria certification of the final work; the necessary conditions for credit (admission to the exam). Syllabus should not be too bulky, and must be written in language accessible to the beginner student to study this discipline. In the conditions of rising role of independent work of students syllabus to determine the initial and boundary conditions for the promotion of the student in the learning process and give him an opportunity to allocate time, energy and the intensity of their work.
