SOCIAL ORPHANHOOD. HISTORICAL ASPECTS

Abstract

In this article studies one of the important problem of modern society - social orphanhood, in its historical aspects. In article investigated the huge humans mental problem - orphans children necessity for cares and understanding special children's status in the world in different ages. In this article we study public attitudes development stages of children-care problem - from total ignoring this problem to the first phase of changing of social consciousness. In historical perspective we show different forms of legal orphans and social orphans exploitation in different ages, and besides that different form of protection of children’s interests and legally justified rights to help and care.
