MODELING THE SYSTEM OF CONTROL OF TRAJECTORIES OF INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT FOR SCIENTIFIC AND TEACHING STAFF IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

The article describes the development of scientific and pedagogical staff of the university management system, based on a comprehensive monitoring activities, evaluation system and the construction of individual development trajectory. The article defines the principles of management of the development of key competencies of scientific and pedagogical workers, a description of the system of construction of individual trajectory of development of professional competence of the scientific and pedagogical staff, proposed individual trajectories control system development workers. The proposed system is revealed as an integrated element of development of the university, provides an analysis and assessment of the professional qualities of the academic staff and the system of measures to create the necessary path of the worker. The article substantiates the optimality of the chosen system in the construction of individual trajectory of development of professional and pedagogical competence of academic staff and its effectiveness to control the disclosure of personal and professional skills of scientific and pedagogical staff of the university, allowing to mobilize and make full use of the totality of human resources, processes, and technologies at the disposal of the university personnel management.
