PSYCHODIAGNOSTICS IN SYSTEM WORK ON PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF STUDENTS, FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract

The article discusses the problem of university training, in line with modern requirements. Explains the concept of professional self-determination, its structural components. Given the rationale for introducing professional psychological evaluation system as an important element of the process of training university students. The article suggests the psychodiagnostics process approach to organize educational courses in the system. Portfolio method is considered as authentic assessment method the results of professional diagnostic activities of students. In article and is defined onbosnovana structure of professional working portfolio. Focuses on the external and internal conditions of introducing professional psychological evaluation system of University students training. Based on identified criteria defined level characteristics of students. Proven dependency indicators of professional survey of students and psychodiagnostics specificity results predict their professional self-determination after graduation.
