THE ROLE OF WEBINARS IN THE TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN THE SPHERE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES: AN EFFECTIVE EXPERIENCE OF TRAINING SPECIALISTS IN THE SPHERE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES
Abstract
The article indicated the form of the learning process and the use of information technology, a recap of the webinar Technology Department of service and technological education of Novosibirsk state pedagogical University them.To. Minin "the State of housing and communal services in the Nizhniy Novgorod region". The article reveals the essence of the webinar, significant advantages over existing traditional and innovative technologies. Reflects the use of webinars in the learning process of students of this direction that aims at a close interaction between the learning audience with representatives of the institutions responsible for the current state of problems in the housing sector. Describes the experience of organizing the webinars Department. Creates a virtual "classroom", bringing together all participants of the webinar.
The article describes the gradual training of specialists in the field of housing and communal services. Disclosed the purpose of professional training is to meet the needs of a particular individual in a profession and simultaneously meeting the manpower needs of the industry.
