CONCEPTUAL BASES AND MECHANISMS OF REALIZATION OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract

In article contradictions of development of system of pedagogical education at the present stage of development are systematized, the main ideas of innovative development of system of training of teachers reveal. Possible mechanisms of innovative development of pedagogical education according to the Professional standard of the teacher and the Concept of support of a development of education, among which network interaction of the educational organizations, stimulation of innovative activity of scientific and pedagogical workers, activization of research and practical activities of students and listeners are presented. Modern requirements to vocational training of teachers in higher educational institutions, basic of which - formation of the teacher versatile person capable continuously to be trained and train others are generalized. Ways of implementation of programs of innovative pedagogical preparation, such as a profiling of "a universal bachelor degree", development of additional pedagogical modules, magistrate programs for persons without basic pedagogical education are opened.
