PLANNING OF THE INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL ROUTE IN THE UNIVERSITY’S EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE OF INDIA AND RUSSIA

Abstract

The Individual Educational Route (IER) guarantees the compliance with the essential pedagogical terms and methods that in their turn allow reaching the goals of modern high education. Authors researched the educational hurdles of university’s educational environment and developed the pedagogical technologies, neutralizing their negative influence on the educational process. In the article, the authors examine the theoretical aspect of planning of the IER in the different educational experience of India and Russia.IER is a possibility of individual educational way planning. In the course of the research, the authors used such pedagogical methods as pedagogical observation, survey, dialogue, and pedagogical experiment. The results of the research can be applied to the high school or others educational institutions in the educational environment.
