Увеличение числа студентов, обучающихся по индивидуальным учебным планам, уменьшение аудиторных часов в пользу часов на самостоятельную работу студентов, возрастание в учебных планах процента дисциплин по выбору, интеграция дистанционных форм обучения и т.п. требует развития новых инструментов для решения этих проблем, и одним из эффективных инструментов является информационная образовательная среда учебного заведения. </p><p>Анализируя информационные среды российских и зарубежных вузов авторы приходят к выводу, что объединение обособленных средств информатизации, применяемых в различных областях деятельности учебного заведения, в единую информационную образовательную среду позволяет решать две основные проблемы, которые в настоящее время волнуют педагогическое сообщество: эффективность обучения и эффективная организация учебного процесса.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения: авторы считают, что перевод содержания и технологий образовательного процесса на современные электронные носители может осуществляться только при условии сохранения достижений педагогической науки и ее методологии как фундаментальной основы проектирования современных педагогических технологий с использованием информационных технологий. Концептуальная основа состоит в том, что разработка контента информационной образовательной среды предусматривает не сканирование учебного материала, а программирование взаимодействия субъектов образовательного процессе с учетом закономерностей учебно-познавательной деятельности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: the authors of the article set the goal of analyzing the solution of the problem of informatization of education in foreign educational institutions and to compare the material, technical, educational and organizational capabilities of Russian and foreign universities in the development of the information educational environment as a factor in the success of professional education.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: the study was carried out on the basis of scientific and pedagogical methods of analysis, comparative generalization and systematization of theoretical and empirical sources that determine the necessary objectivity and heuristicity of the conclusions.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the authors concluded that the development of the information educational environment both in Russia and abroad is an important factor in the success of education: both secondary and professional. An increase in the number of students enrolled in individual curricula, a decrease in classroom hours in favor of hours for independent work of students, an increase in the curriculum of the percentage of disciplines of choice, the integration of distance learning, etc. requires the development of new tools to solve these problems and one of the effective tools is the educational information environment of the school.</p><p>Analyzing the information environments of Russian and foreign universities, the authors come to the conclusion that combining separate informatization tools used in various areas of an educational institution’s activity into a single information educational environment allows us to solve two main problems that currently concern the pedagogical community: learning efficiency and effective organization learning process</p><p>Discussion and Conclusions: the authors believe that the translation of the content and technologies of the educational process to modern electronic media can be carried out only if the achievements of pedagogical science and its methodology are preserved as the fundamental basis for designing modern educational technologies using information technologies.
