Введение: проблема мониторинга рентабельности реализуемых основных профессиональных образовательных программ становится все более актуальной в условиях необходимости выполнения критериев эффективности деятельности вузов, внедрения в вузах системы эффективного финансового менеджмента и модернизации системы управления образовательными программами. Рентабельность образовательной программы рассматривается не только как ключевой показатель экономической эффективности реализации образовательных программ, но и как один из значимых факторов при определении перспектив развития университета, оказывающих существенное влияние на показатели деятельности вуза и характеризующих достигнутый результат и использованные ресурсы.
Материалы и методы: в статье рассматривается вопрос повышения эффективности деятельности вуза в условиях реализации модели управления основными профессиональными образовательными программами, представлено описание информационно-аналитического сервиса расчета рентабельности реализации основных профессиональных образовательных программ, внедренного в Мининском университете в качестве одного из ключевых условий эффективности модернизации управления образовательными программами.
Результаты исследования: авторами представлены описание методики и основных этапов реализации проекта по созданию и внедрению электронного сервиса «Расчет плановой рентабельности реализации основных профессиональных образовательных программ», включающего формирование бюджета доходов и расходов основных профессиональных образовательных программ; приводятся показатели, полученные по результатам внедрения сервиса, перечислены основные эффекты от внедрения сервиса.
Обсуждение и заключения: в заключительной части статьи рассматриваются возможности и ограничения применения опыта Мининского университета в других образовательных организациях высшего образования, рассматриваются проблемы, возникшие при реализации проекта, перечислены показатели рентабельности реализации образовательных программ, ожидаемые в перспективе по результатам внедрения сервиса.
Introduction: the problem of monitoring the profitability of the main professional educational programs being implemented is becoming increasingly important in the context of the need to meet the criteria for the effectiveness of the activities of universities, the introduction of effective financial management in the universities and the modernization of the management system of educational programs. The profitability of the educational program is considered not only as a key indicator of the economic efficiency of the implementation of educational programs, but also as one of the significant factors in determining the prospects for the development of the university, which has a significant impact on the indicators of the university and characterizes the result achieved and the resources used.
Materials and methods: in the article the issue of increasing the efficiency of the university activity under the conditions of the management of the basic professional educational programs is considered, the description of the information - analytical service for calculating the profitability of the implementation of the basic professional educational programs introduced in the Minin University as one of the key conditions for the effectiveness of the modernization of the management of educational programs is presented.
Results of the research: the authors describe the methodology and the main stages of the project implementation for the creation and implementation of the electronic service "Calculation of the planned profitability of the implementation of the main professional educational programs", including the formation of the budget of income and expenditure of the main professional educational programs; the indicators obtained by the results of the introduction of the service are listed, the main effects from the introduction of the service are listed.
Discussion and conclusions: the final part of the article examines the possibilities and limitations of the application of the experience of the Minin University in other higher education educational institutions, examines the problems encountered in the implementation of the project, lists the profitability of the implementation of educational programs, expected in the long term as a result of the implementation of the service.
