Данная статья посвящена проблеме психологического благополучия будущих психологов в контексте развития их личности на этапе вузовской подготовки и первичного вхождения в профессию. Авторами обосновывается необходимость переживания психологического благополучия субъектами помогающей деятельности, к числу которых относятся профессиональные психологи, и, соответственно, актуальность изучения особенностей проявления этого феномена в период освоения учащимися вузов азов психологической помощи с учетом степени выраженности у них профессионально важных личностных характеристик. При этом особый акцент делается на структуре психологического благополучия, представленной шестью компонентами, и на его общем уровне.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен сравнительный анализ общего уровня и основных компонентов психологического благополучия, а также степени выраженности макиавеллизма и толерантности к неопределенности у студентов-психологов, практикующих психологов и учащихся других направлений подготовки. Изучены особенности переживания психологического благополучия студентами – будущими психологами с разной степенью выраженности толерантности к неопределенности и макиавеллизма.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Получены данные, подтверждающие предположения о том, что в отличие от практикующих психологов и учащихся других направлений подготовки для студентов-психологов оказываются характерны, во-первых, более низкие показатели как по большинству основных компонентов, так и по общему уровню психологического благополучия, а во-вторых, наблюдается большая склонность к осознанному манипулированию другими людьми. Вместе с тем установлен факт наличия статистически значимых различий по ряду компонентов психологического благополучия у студентов – будущих психологов с разной степенью выраженности толерантности к неопределенности и макиавеллизма, большинство из которых констатированы в пользу испытуемых, толерантных к неопределенности и не склонных к манипулированию.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения. По результатам проведенного исследования обозначены некоторые проблемные зоны, касающиеся личностных ресурсов студентов-психологов в плане их готовности к помогающей деятельности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. This article is devoted to the problem of psychological well-being of future psychologists in the context of their personality development at the stage of University training and primary entry into the profession. The authors substantiate the need to experience the psychological well-being of the subjects of helping activities, which include professional psychologists and, accordingly, the relevance of the study of the features of the manifestation of this phenomenon during the development of students of universities the basics of psychological assistance, taking into account the severity of their professionally important personal characteristics. Special emphasis is placed on the structure of psychological well-being, represented by the six components, and on its overall level.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A comparative analysis of the General level and the main components of psychological well-being, as well as the degree of machiavellianism and tolerance to uncertainty among students-psychologists, practicing psychologists and students of other areas of training is carried out. Features of experience of psychological well – being by students-future psychologists with different degree of expression of tolerance to uncertainty and machiavellianism are studied.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The data obtained confirm the assumption that, unlike practicing psychologists and students of other areas of training for psychology students are characterized, first, lower rates, both for most of the main components, and the overall level of psychological well-being, and secondly, there is a greater tendency to deliberate manipulation of other people. At the same time, it is established that there are statistically significant differences in a number of components of psychological well – being of students-future psychologists with varying degrees of tolerance to uncertainty and machiavellianism, most of which are stated in favor of the subjects, tolerant to uncertainty and not prone to manipulation.</p><p>Discussion and Conclusions.
