Исследование условий, предъявляемых к компетентности современного преподавателя вуза, помогли определить значимость системы дополнительного профессионального образования в обеспечении кадрами инклюзивного высшего образования и необходимость формирования методико-инклюзивной компетентности преподавателей вуза при обучении лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и инвалидностью в процессе организации курсов повышения квалификации.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: при написании статьи применялись теоретические методы: анализ законодательных документов различного уровня, диссертационных исследований и научных психолого-педагогических трудов по проблеме, обобщение теоретических положений и эмпирических данных по изучаемой проблеме.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования:  выявлен вектор развития высшего образования в направлении реализации принципов инклюзиии как требование государства, сформулированное в нормативно-правовых документах различного уровня; обозначены тенденции развития инклюзивного высшего образования в отечественной науке и практике, необходимость подготовки педагогов профессионального образования к профессиональной деятельности в условиях инклюзивного образования; введено понятие «методико-инклюзивная компетентность педагога профессионального образования», формирование которой не исследовалось учеными до настоящего времени; актуализирована проблема недостаточной подготовленности педагогов профессионального образования к обучению лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и инвалидностью.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения: По результатам представленного анализа предлагается рассматривать формирование методико-инклюзивной компетентности как цель повышения квалификации педагогов профессионального образовании. Это позволит решить задачи, определяемые законодательной базой государства в отношении повышения доступности и качества высшего образования для лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: On the basis of the analysis of legal documents trends of state policy in the field of inclusive higher education are identified, state, social and professional order for the activities of University teachers in the field of education of persons with disabilities is defined. The study of the conditions for the competence of a modern University teacher helped to determine the importance of the system of additional professional education in providing staff with inclusive higher education and the need to form a methodic-inclusive competence of University teachers in the training of persons with disabilities in the process of organizing training courses.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: in writing the article theoretical methods were used: legislative documents of different levels, thesis and scientific psychological and pedagogical works on the problem were analyzed, theoretical positions and empirical data of generalization and formalization of the problem. were generalized</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The vector of development of higher education in the direction of implementation of inclusion principles as a governmental  requirement, formulated in the legal documents of different levels, is identified; trends in the development of inclusive higher education in domestic science and practice, the need to prepare teachers of vocational education for professional activities in an inclusive education; the concept of "methodological and inclusive competence of a teacher of vocational education", the formation of which has not been studied by scientists to date; the problem of insufficient training of vocational education teachers in the field of training persons with disabilities is actualized.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>инклюзивное высшее образование</kwd><kwd>обучающиеся с ограниченными возможностями здоровья</kwd><kwd>инвалиды</kwd><kwd>методико-инклюзивная компетентность</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>inclusive higher education</kwd><kwd>students with disabilities</kwd><kwd>persons with disabilities</kwd><kwd>methodological and inclusive competence</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Алёхина С.В.
