Актуальность заявленной темы статьи заключается в смысловом параллелизме духовной ситуации в указанную эпоху и в современной России.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: Материалом исследования является трехчастная структура, характеризующая кризисное положение культуры: «русская духовная традиция» – критика культурного прогресса во второй половине XIX в. – апокалиптика культуры «серебряного века».  В статье используется методология историко-философского анализа, соединенная с практикой феноменологического описания явлений культуры и духовной истории страны. Кроме того, с методологической точки зрения речь в статье идет с позиций выявления философско-культурологического аспекта проблемы, предполагающего изучение таких категорий, как «прогресс» и взаимоотношение категорий «добро» и «зло» в контексте культуры.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования: В процессе раскрытия тематики «апокалипсиса культуры» рассматриваются положительные и отрицательные смысловые коннотации категории «прогресс», что дает понимание духовного состояния культуры и путей поиска для нее новых мировоззренческих и ценностных парадигм. Своего рода итогом статьи становится формулировка понимания отечественной культуры и мысли второй половины XIX в. – начала XX в. как такой, что имеет одной из основных и фундаментальных тем осмысления тему конца мира и истории.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения: В рамках раскрытия заявленной проблематики «апокалипсиса культуры» в рамках отечественной философии рубежа XIX-XX вв. предлагается оптика анализа, согласно которой кризисное состояние культуры исследуется в категориях христианского апокалипсиса. При этом процесс развития русской философии обнаруживает в себе историко-культурные и этические проблемы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: The approaches to understanding the crisis of culture in the context of Russian philosophical thought at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries are considered in this article. The relevance of the topic of the article is in similarity of spiritual situation in that era and in modern Russia.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: The research material is a tripartite structure that characterizes the crisis of culture; “Russian spiritual tradition” – criticism of cultural progress in the second half of the 19th century - the Apocalyptica of culture of the Silver Age.</p><p>In the article the methodology of historical and philosophical analysis is used, combined with the practice of a phenomenological description of cultural phenomena and the spiritual history of the country. From the methodological point of view it is a question of revealing of philosophical and culturological aspect of the problem. Such categories as “progress” and relationship between “good” and “evil” in the context of culture are studied there.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: In the process of disclosure of these categories, their positive and negative sides are examined which gives an insight into the spiritual state of culture and the ways of finding new worldview and value paradigms for it.
