Представлена авторская технология моделирования процесса повышения воспитательного потенциала корпоративной культуры образовательной организации, которая состоит из девяти шагов деятельности ее руководителя, которые способствуют планированию и реализации действий по совершенствованию корпоративной культуры. В статье предложен диагностический инструментарий по изучению корпоративной культуры образовательной организации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article deals with improving the corporate culture of the educational organization. The author's technology of modeling of the process of increasing the educational potential of the corporate culture of the educational organization is presented, which consists of nine steps of activities of its leader, which contribute to the planning and implementation of actions to improve corporate culture.
