В статье предпринята попытка анализа образовательной политики современного Китая в историческом, политическом и идеологическом контекстах. Рассмотрены принципы формирования и практические вопросы реализации образовательной политики в сфере высшего образования в отношении национальных меньшинств, проживающих на территории КНР.

This paper examines China's educational policies in terms of historical, political and ideological contexts. Practical issues of organization and implementation of educational policy in relation to higher education for ethnic minorities are discussed.
