В статье рассматриваются основные принципы, характер и особенности взаимоотношений крестьянства и Советов. На основе анализа конкретного исторического материала делается вывод о том, что система местных органов власти не обеспечивала в должной мере представительства интересов деревни и не вызывала доверия к Советам подавляющей части крестьянства.
This article discusses the basic principles, nature and characteristics of the relationship of the peasantry and the Soviets. Based on the analysis of concrete historical material, it is concluded that the system of local authorities did not provide an adequate representation of the interests of the village and was not credible to the Soviets overwhelming majority of the peasantry.
