В качестве личностных особенностей анализируются степень удовлетворенности основных потребностей, уровень мотивации к успеху, мотивационная структура личности у китайских и русских студентов. Изучение личностных особенностей иностранных студентов помогает специалистам вуза найти условия для успешной социальной и межкультурной адаптации студентов в чужой стране. Анализ полученных в ходе эмпирического исследования результатов подтверждает, что существуют определенные различия потребностей и мотивов у студентов, представителей китайской и русской культуры. Выявлены достоверные различия показателей межличностных потребностей, потребности в признании, мотивации на комфорт и уровня мотивации к «общей активности» у китайских и русских студентов, что позволяет прогнозировать возникновение сложностей адаптации и социализации иностранных студентов во время обучения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the article it is investigated the features of need-motivational orientation of students who represent the Chinese culture, studying in the higher educational institutions of Russia. As personal characteristics are analyzed the degree of satisfaction of basic needs, the level of motivation to succeed, motivational structure of personality in Chinese and Russian students. The importance of the study of personality characteristics of foreign students of the university helps professionals find the conditions for successful social and cross-cultural adaptation of students in a foreign country. The analysis obtained during the empirical research results confirm that there are certain differences in the needs and motivation of the students, representatives of Chinese and Russian culture.
