Приводится структура модели управления самостоятельной работой обучающихся, условия ее реализации, определены критерии оценки ее эффективности. Раскрывается суть понятия управления самостоятельной работой как целенаправленное воздействие на коллективы людей в процессе производства. Раскрывается цель управления - обеспечение высокой эффективности управляемой системы, выражающейся в наибольшем достижении целей системы при минимизации используемых ресурсов. Для достижения поставленных целей в статье раскрывается необходимость реализации ряда условий, которые отражены в тексте. В качестве критериев оценки эффективности модели в статье определены: уровень сформированности общеучебных действий, уровень усвоения учебных дисциплин, мотивация научно-педагогических работников к управлению самостоятельной работой обучающихся, мотивация обучающихся к реализации самостоятельной работы, рефлексия обучающихся. Приводится опыт апробации модели в Мининском университете в рамках программы модернизации педагогического образования. На основе приведенных экспериментальных данных делается вывод о целесообразности внедрения модели в образовательный процесс вуза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article deals with the creation of an independent operation control system of students in high school. We present the structure of the work of self-management model of students, the conditions of its implementation, the criteria for evaluating its effectiveness are determined. Reveals the essence of the work of self-management concept as meaningful impact on groups of people in the production process. Expands Management goal - ensuring high efficiency of the control system is expressed in the greatest achievement of the objectives of the system while minimizing the use of resources. To achieve these goals in the article reveals the need to implement a number of conditions, which are reflected in the text. The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the model in an article identified: level of formation of general educational activities, the level of assimilation of academic disciplines, the motivation of researchers and teachers to manage students' independent work, the motivation of students to realization of self-study, reflection students. The experience of testing the model in Mininskom University within the framework of the modernization program of teacher education.
