Управление образовательной программой представляет собой совокупность содержательных, процессуальных, ресурсных, субъектно-деятельностных, результативно-оценочных компонентов, целостность которых обеспечивается интеграционными процессами на всех уровнях образования. Обеспечение устойчивости и развития в управлении образовательных программ достигается путём определения и закрепления социальных норм, статусов за институтом руководителей образовательных программ, гарантирующих достижение современного качества образования. Управление содержанием обеспечивает актуальность образовательного контента в соответствии с требованием государственных образовательных и профессиональных стандартов; управление процессом обеспечивает эффективную организацию рационального распределения процессуальных потоков; управление ресурсами обеспечивает оптимальность распределения кадрового, информационно-методического, материально-технического оснащения образовательной программы; управление контингентом обеспечивает субъектно-деятельностное взаимодействие участников образовательного процесса; управление качеством обеспечивает качества предоставляемых образовательных услуг.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Based on the principles of System Studies, describes the components of the educational programs of the control system. Educational Program Management is a set of substantive, procedural, resource, subject-activity, efficiently and evaluation components, which ensures the integrity of integration processes at all levels of education.
