Статья содержит описание моделей высшего образования лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и инвалидностью в ведущих европейских ВУЗах, а также характеристику современных тенденций в инклюзивном высшем образовании. Анализ представленных моделей проводился на основе специально разработанных критериев: институт тьюторства и ассистенства как элемент системы обучения инвалидов в образовательной организации высшего образования, система требований к процедуре и оценочным средствам для вступительной, промежуточной и итоговой аттестации, система организации практик для студентов-инвалидов, модели трудоустройства выпускников из числа инвалидов и др. На примере рассматриваемых моделей инклюзивного высшего образования показана эффективность современных подходов к психолого-педагогическому сопровождению обучения в ВУЗе лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и инвалидностью. Установлено, что наиболее эффективные модели сопровождения инклюзивного высшего образования представлены в Первом университетском колледже Лондона University College London (Лондонский университет), Свободном Берлинском Университете, Гейдельбергском Университете.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes the current state of inclusive higher education in the countries of Western Europe. The article contains a description of patterns of higher education of persons with disabilities and disability in the leading European universities, as well as the characteristics of the modern trends in the inclusive higher education. Analysis of the model was based on a specially designed criteria: Institute of tutoring and assistenstva as an element of the disabled educational system in the educational organization of higher education, the system requirements for the procedure and assessment tools for introductory, intermediate, and final certification, the system of organization of practices for students with disabilities, employment patterns graduates with disabilities. For example, consideration of inclusive models of higher education shows the effectiveness of current approaches to psychological and pedagogical support learning in higher education of persons with disabilities and disability.
