В статье в рамках логопсихологии представлен авторский подход к рассмотрению психического развития ребенка в единстве раннего и дошкольного возраста с задержкой экспрессивной речи. Представлены позиции исследователей, основные направления в изучении данного вопроса, определяющие структуру психического развития, а затем и модель ранней комплексной медико-психолого-педагогической помощи данной категории воспитанников. Сложная структура отклоняющегося развития характеризуется только отклонениями тех сторон психической деятельности, развитие которых находится в прямой зависимости от первично пострадавшей функции. Из-за системного строения психики в ряде случаев задержка экспрессивной речи приводит к аффективно-коммуникативным нарушениям, что, в свою очередь, негативно отражается как на познавательном, так и личностном развитии. Без оказания ранней помощи, отклонения в развитии становятся более выраженными, затрагивают все сферы психики, коммуникации, социально-психологической адаптации ребенка в целом.
Author's approach to consideration of mental development of the child in unity of early and preschool age with a delay of the expressional speech is presented in article. The positions of researchers, the main directions in studying of the matter defining structure of mental development, and then and model of the early complex medico-psychology and pedagogical help of this category of pupils are presented. The difficult structure of the deviating development is characterized only by deviations of those parties of mental activity which development is in direct dependence on initially affected function. Because of a system structure of mentality in some cases the delay of the expressional speech leads to affective and communicative violations that, in turn, is negatively reflected as in informative, and personal development. Without rendering the early help, a deviation in development become more expressed, affect all spheres of mentality, communication, social and psychological adaptation of the child in general.
