В статье авторы обращаются к вопросу выявления мотивов при изучении иностранного языка. Авторы указывают на необходимость изучения иностранного языка, так как это обеспечивает максимально лучшее выполнение профессиональной деятельности. Выделяется мотивация как основная движущая сила в изучении иностранного языка, отмечается, что мотивы относятся к субъективному миру человека, которые определяются его внутренними побуждениями. Авторы рассматривают внешнюю и внутреннюю мотивацию. Для выявления мотивов изучения иностранного языка студентами неязыковых направлений Мининского университета авторами были проведено наблюдение и анкетирование. Основными мотивирующими факторами при изучении иностранного языка выступили желание овладеть профессиональными компетенциями, предполагающими владение иностранным языком, и мотив самосовершенствования: преобладание мотивов собственного благополучия, стремление к личному первенству и престижу.
The authors refer to the issue of identification of motifs in the study of a foreign language. The authors point to the need for learning a foreign language, as it provides the most best performance of professional activities. Provided motivation as the main driving force in learning a foreign language, it is noted that the motives related to the subjective world of the person, which is determined by its internal motives. The authors examine the external and internal motivation. To reveal the motives of learning a foreign language of students of not language directions in Minin University authors have conducted surveillance and questioning. The main motivating factors in learning a foreign language made by a desire to acquire professional competencies, suggesting foreign language, and the motive of self-improvement: the predominance of their own well-being of motives, the desire for personal superiority and prestige.
