В настоящее время образовательные организации МВД России ориентированы на цифровизацию образования, что в значительной степени способствует саморазвитию курсантов, наделяет их соответствующими компетенциями. Саморазвитие курсантов во многом предопределяется образовательной средой, побуждающей к формированию своей профессиональной позиции, направленной на поиск путей самосовершенствования, активизации внутренних потенциалов. Цифровизация образования в саморазвитии курсантов представляет собой один из механизмов, способствующих приобретению, осмыслению и передаче больших объемов профессиональной информации.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Для решения поставленных цели и задач использовались такие основные методы теоретического исследования, как: анализ отечественной и иностранной литературы, изучение научных статей и публикаций по теме, обобщение и систематизация результатов исследований, анализ и синтез.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. В статье обоснована актуальность широко ведущегося поиска новых возможностей для саморазвития курсантов высшей школы МВД России в условиях цифровизации образования. Специфика процесса саморазвития курсанта высшей школы МВД России определяется задачами, стоящими перед сотрудниками полиции на современном этапе, заключающимися в необходимости самостоятельного осуществления эффективной профессиональной деятельности, определения путей самостроительства и самовоспитания. При переходе к цифровизации образования необходимо использование цифровых платформ (к примеру, VitaLMS и др.) в ходе профессиональной подготовки будущих сотрудников полиции, ориентированных на реализацию профессиональных задач с включением специализированных образовательных сред; электронной информационно-образовательной среды (ЭИОС), интегрирующей имеющиеся образовательные ресурсы и технологии, обеспечивающие освоение учебного материала в полном объёме; цифровых программ, ориентированных на профессиональные задачи в подготовке сотрудников полиции, имитирующие практические ситуации.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения. Процессы, наблюдаемые современными исследователями саморазвития курсантов высшей школы МВД России в условиях цифровизации образования, отражаются в получении компетенций курсантами, связанных с освоением информационных технологий в процессе приобретения знаний с использованием открытых цифровых платформ; в использовании ресурсов цифрового пространства в процессе профессиональной практико-ориентированной подготовки; в выстраивании индивидуальной траектории саморазвития на основе анализа цифрового компетентностного профиля. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Nowadays educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are focused on the digitalization of education, which significantly contributes to the self-development of cadets, endows them with the relevant competencies. Self-development of cadets is largely predetermined by the educational environment, encouraging the formation of their professional position aimed at finding ways of self-improvement, activating internal potentials. Digitalization of education in self-development of cadets is one of the mechanisms that contribute to the acquisition, comprehension and transfer of large volumes of professional information.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Following main methods of theoretical research were used to achieve the set goals and objectives such as theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign literature, study of scientific articles and publications on the topic, generalization and systematization of research results, analysis and synthesis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The article substantiates the relevance of the widely conducted search for new opportunities for self-development of cadets of Higher School of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the context of digitalization of education. Features of the process of self-development of cadets of Higher School of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are determined by the tasks facing police officers at the present stage, consisting in the need to independently carry out effective professional activities, determine the paths of self-construction and self-education. It is necessary to use digital platforms (for example, VitaLMS, etc.) within the transition to digitalization of education, in the course of professional training of future police officers which are focused on the implementation of professional tasks with the inclusion of specialized educational environments; an electronic information and educational environment (EIEE) that integrates existing educational resources and technologies that ensure the mastery of educational material in full; digital programs which are focused on professional tasks in the training of police officers that simulate practical situations.</p><p>Discussion and conclusions. The process of self-development of cadets of the Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the context of digitalization of education is observed by modern researchers, which is reflected in the acquisition of competencies by cadets related to the mastery of information technologies, in the process of acquired knowledge using open digital platforms; in the use of digital space resources in the process of professional practice-oriented training; in building individual trajectory of self-development which is based on the analysis of a digital competence profile.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>цифровизация</kwd><kwd>образовательные организации МВД России</kwd><kwd>курсанты</kwd><kwd>обучающие цифровые платформы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>digitalization</kwd><kwd>educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia</kwd><kwd>cadets</kwd><kwd>training digital platforms</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Абульханова К.
