Культурное многообразие является одним из вызовов для современного образования, где в том числе представлены сложности, связанные с обучением и социализацией учащихся из семей мигрантов. Наряду со многими другими сложностями для учеников старших классов актуализируются вопросы профессионального самоопределения. Данная проблема является неизученной в российском контексте. Цель исследования: выявить проблемы и степень готовности учащихся из семей мигрантов к профессиональному самоопределению. </p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Для сбора данных был выбран качественный метод – полуструктурированные интервью. Для анализа данных используется метод обоснования теории (grounded theory) в конструктивистской позиции. Испытуемыми являлись учащиеся 8–11 классов из семей мигрантов. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. В обследуемой выборке были выявлены учащиеся с разной степенью готовности к профессиональному самоопределению и получению профессионального образования независимо от класса обучения. Положительными факторами в определённости выбора профессии служат: планирование и подготовка к профессиональному образованию, установка на преодоление трудностей, свой опыт деятельности, профессиональный опыт родителей как пример, общение и поддержка семьи, друзей, процесс самоизучения. </p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения. В ходе исследования выявились специфические предикторы и проблемы профессионального выбора, связанные с российским контекстом и особенностями семейной миграции. Результаты исследования показывают важность разработки культурно чувствительных программ психолого-педагогического сопровождения учащихся с миграционным фоном. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы при создании и реализации профориентационных программ в школах, где обучаются дети из семей мигрантов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Cultural diversity is one of the challenges for modern education. Multicultural education, among other things, presents difficulties related to education and socialization of students from migrant families. Along with many other difficulties, the issues of professional selfdetermination are actualized for high school students. This problem is unexplored in the Russian context. The aim of the study: to identify the problems and readiness of students from migrant families for professional self-determination.  </p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A qualitative method, semi-structured interviews, was chosen for data collection. The method of grounded theory in a constructivist position is used to analyze the data. Students of grades 8-11 from migrant families participated in the interviews. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The surveyed sample showed students with different degrees of readiness for professional self-determination and vocational education regardless of the grade of education Positive factors in the confidence off choice a profession are: planning and preparation for professional education, attitude to overcoming difficulties, their own experience of activity, professional experience of parents as an example, communication and support of family and friends, the process of selfanalysis. </p><p>Discussion and conclusions. The study revealed specific predictors and problems of professional choice related to the Russian context and specifics of family migration. The results of the study show the importance of developing culturally sensitive programs of psychological and pedagogical support for students with a migration background. Practical significance.
