Партнерства в сфере образования открывают новые возможности для всех участников образовательных отношений. Программные документы международных организаций (ЮНЕСКО, ОЭСР) отмечают ключевую роль сотрудничества между школой и университетом для ответа на глобальные вызовы и достижения целей устойчивого развития. В этой связи настоящее исследование представляет собой попытку ответить на вопрос: как выстроить устойчивое партнерство между школой и университетом?</p></sec><sec><title>   Материалы и методы</title><p>   Материалы и методы. Целью исследования является разработка алгоритма действий по настройке устойчивых партнерств в образовании. Для этого были решены следующие задачи: рассмотрено понятие социального партнерства в образовании; представлены возможные модели партнерств между образовательными организациями; сформулированы ключевые характеристики устойчивых партнерств; проведен сравнительный анализ целеполагания школ и университетов; проведено социологическое исследование (опрос) руководителей школ и университетов. В исследовании были использованы сравнительный метод, метод контент-анализа, метод анкетирования, методы моделирования и проектирования, методы систематизации и концептуализации научных идей.</p><p>   Результаты исследования. В результате было рассмотрено понятие социального партнерства с точки зрения отечественных и зарубежных ученых; представлены модели партнерств между школой и университетом; сформулированы ключевые характеристики устойчивых партнерств; проведен анализ целеполагания школы и университета по четырем параметрам: миссия, цели, функции, роли; на основе данных опроса руководителей образовательных организаций были определены актуальные направления сотрудничества между школой и университетом, ценности, которые представляют друг для друга школа и университет, а также их компетентностные дефициты. Ключевым результатом является алгоритм создания устойчивых партнерств в образовании, включающий рекомендации к действию на каждом этапе становления партнерства (инициация, реализация, рефлексия) с учетом ключевых компонентов сотрудничества (цели и мотивация; возможности и ограничения; отношения).</p><p>   Обсуждение и заключения. Алгоритм может быть использован образовательными организациями различных ступеней в соответствии с их потребностями на любых этапах настраивания партнерского взаимодействия.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Introduction</title><p>   Introduction. Partnerships in education provide greater opportunities for all educational stakeholders. Policy documents of international organisations (UNESCO, OECD) emphasize the key role that cooperation between schools and universities plays in responding to global challenges and achieving Sustainable Development Goals. This study is aimed at answering the question: How to establish a sustainable partnership between a school and a university?</p></sec><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods. The objective of this study was to develop an algorithm that will help schools and universities establish sustainable partnerships. To do this, the following research tasks were fulfilled: analyzing the concept of social partnership; describing partnership models between educational institutions; identifying the key characteristics of sustainable partnerships; conducting a comparative study of the logic of purposes of schools and universities; conducting an opinion survey of school and university leaders. The following methods were used: comparative method, case study method, content analysis method, survey method, modeling and project design approach, systematization and conceptualization of scientific ideas.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. The results of the study include the following: an analysis of the concept of social partnership in education from the point of view of Russian and international researchers; a description of possible partnership models between educational institutions; a definition of the key characteristics of sustainable partnerships; a comparative analysis of the logic of purposes of schools and universities by 4 parameters: mission, purpose, function and roles. Based on the opinion survey of school and university leaders we identified the popular directions of cooperation, the benefits that schools and universities offer to each other, and their competency deficits. The main result of this study is the algorithm for building sustainable partnerships in education that includes the guidelines for educational institutions at each stage of partnership development (initiation, realization, reflexion) taking into account the key cooperation components, such as objectives and motivations, possibilities and constraints, and relationships.</p><p>   Discussion and conclusions. The algorithm can be used by educational institutions of different levels depending on their needs and context at any partnership stage.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>социальное партнерство</kwd><kwd>образовательное партнерство</kwd><kwd>устойчивое партнерство</kwd><kwd>школа</kwd><kwd>университет</kwd><kwd>алгоритм сотрудничества</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>social partnership</kwd><kwd>educational partnership</kwd><kwd>sustainable partnership</kwd><kwd>school</kwd><kwd>university</kwd><kwd>cooperation algorithm</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование было проведено в рамках проекта центра трансформации образования Сколково «Школа.
