В статье представлено комплексное исследование по проблеме оценки эффективности деятельности профессиональных педагогических ассоциаций. Представлена и обоснована структурная модель оценки эффективности деятельности профессиональных педагогических ассоциаций на теоретико-методологическом и методическом уровнях. Определены ключевые показатели оценки, описана интегральная карта оценки эффективности деятельности профессиональных педагогических ассоциаций как технологический компонент модели и инструментарий проведения внутреннего самообследования и внешней экспертизы в контексте делегировании им новых социально-значимых функций.   Материалы и методы. Материалы составили отечественные и зарубежные исследования, отразившие опыт деятельности профессиональных педагогических ассоциаций и результаты мониторинговых исследований с участием респондентов различных профессиональных групп, занятых в сфере образования. В ходе исследования применялись методы системно-структурного анализа и обобщений, мониторинга, конструирования и моделирования.   Результаты исследования. Расширены представления о деятельности психолого-педагогических ассоциаций в контексте вызовов современного образования. Спроектирована и обоснована структурно-функциональная модель оценки эффективности деятельности профессиональных педагогических ассоциаций на теоретико- методологическом и методическом уровнях.</p><p>   Обсуждение и заключения. Обоснована практическая значимость разработанной структурно-функциональной модели оценки эффективности деятельности профессиональных педагогических ассоциаций. Уточнено, что перспективы исследования связываются с внедрением разработанной модели в практический контур.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Introduction. The article presents a comprehensive study on the problem of evaluating the effectiveness of professional pedagogical associations. A structural model for evaluating the effectiveness of professional pedagogical associations at the theoretical, methodological and methodological levels is presented and substantiated. The key indicators of evaluation are identified and an integral map for evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of professional pedagogical associations is described as a technological component of the model and tools for conducting internal self-examination and external expertise in the context of delegating new socially significantfunctions to them.   Materials and Methods. The materials were compiled by domestic and foreign studies that reflected the experience of professional pedagogical associations and the results of monitoring studies with the participation of respondents from various professional groups involved in the field of education. In the course of the study, methods of system-structural analysis and generalizations, monitoring, design and modeling were used.   Results. The ideas about the activities of psychological and pedagogical associations in the context of the challenges of modern education have been expanded. A structural-functional model for evaluating the effectiveness of professional pedagogical associations at the theoretical, methodological and methodological levels has been designed and substantiated.   Discussion and Conclusion. The practical significance of the developed structural-functional model for evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of professional pedagogical associations is substantiated. It is clarified that the prospects for research are associated with the introduction of the developed model into a practical circuit.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>профессиональные педагогические ассоциации</kwd><kwd>оценка эффективности&#13;
