Профессиональное мировоззрение учителя является базовой компонентой, формирующей образовательное пространство, определяющей его характер и будущее образования в целом. Проблемы формирования профессионального мировоззрения учителя и определения его содержательной сущности являются значимыми для дискуссии и обсуждения в рамках современной образовательной повестки, так как современное социокультурное пространство характеризуется высокой степенью турбулентности социальных процессов, «размытостью» профессионального образа учителя, неопределенностью его профессиональных ценностей и идеалов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Применялись методы анализа, систематизации и обобщения научной литературы по проблеме исследования. Целью статьи является анализ и систематизация факторов, влияющих на формирование и развитие профессионального мировоззрения учителя в структуре жизненного цикла профессии «учитель».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. В статье анализируется влияние трендов и вызовов современного социокультурного пространства, в том числе трансформаций в среде педагогического образования, как факторов, влияющих на становление профессионального мировоззрения учителя. В статье излагаются рассуждения о трансформации современной модели педагогического образования, характера взаимодействия в системе «ученик – учитель», профессионального воспитания учителя, сущностным ядром которого является профессиональное мировоззрение будущего учителя, вбирающего сложный феномен его профессионального бытия. В статье автор выделяет два типа трендов и факторов, влияющих на профессиональное мировоззрение учителя: общие социокультурные, университетские и собственно педагогические тренды.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения. В выводах автор подчеркивает необходимость реализации идеи регионального социально-педагогического кластера как единого пространства профессионального роста учителя и развития его профессионального мировоззрения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The teacher's professional worldview is the basic component that forms the educational space, which determines its nature and the future of education as a whole. The problems of forming a teacher's professional worldview and determining its meaningful essence are significant for discussion and discussion within the framework of the modern educational agenda, since the modern socio-cultural space is characterized by a high degree of turbulence in social processes, "blurring" of the teacher's professional image, uncertainty of his professional values and ideals. The purpose of the article is to analyze and systematize the factors influencing the formation and development of the teacher's professional worldview in the structure of the life cycle of the profession “teacher”.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. Methods of analysis, systematization and generalization of scientific literature on the research problem were used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The article analyzes the influence of trends and challenges of the modern socio-cultural space, including transformations in the pedagogical education environment, as factors influencing the formation of a teacher's professional worldview. The article presents the reasoning about the transformation of the modern model of pedagogical education, the nature of interaction in the "student-teacher" system of the professional education of a teacher, the essential core of which is the professional worldview of the future teacher, who absorbs the complex phenomenon of his professional life. In the article, the author identifies two types of trends and factors influencing the professional worldview of a teacher: general sociocultural, university and pedagogical trends proper.</p><p>Discussion and Conclusions.
